CELEBRATE Poets Pub 2nd Anniversary Collection

A Personal Message from AmbergrisJane

I joined the Poets Pub in the midst of the Biggest Competition Ever last year. I was new at Wattpad, and chanced upon the pub's site on a fellow poet's page. The contest was already on its eighth week, and when I read the guidelines, I thought, what the heck... nothing to lose, right? So I submitted my first poem titled "As I Type".

I didn't think it would be accepted, but it was, and it motivated me to participate in the whole contest. I'd have to admit, I found it to be intimidating at first, but it turned out that everyone was kind and very encouraging, so, there you go.

Through the Pub, I've met the best, kindest and most talented people here in Wattpad, and I'm very happy and grateful that I've become part of this beautiful family.
