Spencer couldn’t help it, she had developed a habit of telling ”little white lies” in order to make herself feel a small boost of self esteem. Everyone grew to stop questioning her lies and buy into them until one day, a lie told as a desperate attempt at fitting in with the popular girls leads to her dragging her friends around London, trying to get Tom Holland to go to prom with her.
Because if she doesn't then this lie may be the lie that causes her to lose everything.
