There was a little tickle in Phil's chest that didn't seem to want to leave.

It was bothersome and annoying to the boy. It interrupted his sleep with tiny coughs and his school day with an unneeded distraction. Even if he did a bunch of coughing and hacking, it still didn't go away.

It didn't concern Phil much, however. He simply passed it off as a hint of a cold sneaking up on him and went about his daily tasks as best he could. This included going to school, of course.

It was completely unexpected when Dan had come up to Phil for book advice, though, asking him politely which book he'd recommend the most.

Phil was sure he was in the midst of a minor heart attack.

Though, he simply smiled softly, standing up and leading the slightly taller of the two over to his favourite book sections.

"Harry Potter?" Dan had asked with an inkling of a smile dancing along those pretty lips of his "If I hadn't read it already over a million times, I just might have taken you up on that."

The tickle only grew stronger after that.
