This is a genderbend of the joker! It really reminds me of Harley Quinn, because I have always portrayed Harley Quinn as a female joker. You have done good detail on the actual character, and I like how you have added tattoos on her, but you could have coloured it in or maybe put something in the background, because it looks a bit plain in pencil. Apart from that, great entry!
