The way he cruelly appeared in my life , like God wanted to punish me at first . He was teary-eyed and covered in his own blood . I panicked as he looked into my eyes with his sea-green eyes of death. His strong muscular built body of no more than 6 feet tall encased me as I kneeled to his aid. He was a stranger, just some man I helped to the hospital. So, why would I want to stay for days and nights on end , ignoring my duties as the heir to the throne of Aplovar, for a mere stranger? My heart throbbed as I kept thinking of how his midnight black hair was wet with blood. The way he shallowly breathed and dozed in and out of consciousness  as I called for the ambulance while assuring he'd live. He smiled a smile so weak that only those very close to his body would see.

As three days passed, he woken up. I was shocked, so shocked I cried and hugged him subconsciously . He coughed and for that mere moment his scent was the only thing I wanted to smell.

"Thanks for saving my life, Miss." He said weakly. " The name is Sid. Sid Sherwood, nice to properly meet you." He chuckled as I quickly let go of him.

"It's been three days and t-two nights since then, I've been here s-since that night, I-I couldn't bring m-myself to leave because I was worried." I said while stuttering.

"So, what's the name of my savior?" He asked curiously while taking a sip of water.

"OH, I'm Kit! Kit Bleu." I replied.

His eyes widened and his face turned from a ghastly white to a deep red.

"Wait wait wait wait, so you're telling me and just by the name, that you, OF ALL PEOPLE THAT COULD HAVE SAVED ME, are the one of the candidates to rule for our kingdom?"

I looked to the floor and nodded while blushing. I started twirling my long brunette curly hair in my fingers and began to speak while still looking to the floor.

"I couldn't just leave you on the ground in the middle of an alleyway close to death or else I'd feel guilty as if I was the one that stabbed you..." I trailed off crying.

Why was I crying for a mere stranger?
