Lucy's POV

Red... I only see red. Everyone... is... gone.

I look down and see that I'm shaking... crying. My clothes are dirty and torn. I look around to see Magnolia in shambles, along with the guild.

I stand up, struggling as I do, trying to find some sort of life anywhere. Then, I hear a familiar voice behind me.

"Lucy," the voice says softly, but intense. I turn around to see HIM. I let out a gasp in terror.

"Lucy," he says again,"What do I look like to you?"

Suddenly everything goes black, every noise fading as if I was underwater. I could still hear the voice, faintly, but I heard it.

"Lucy..."

It got a little louder.

"Lucy."

It was right next to me. I felt its cold breath on my neck.

I started screaming. I didn't even know why, I felt alone, I WAS alone, I felt... scared.

"LUCY!"

Natsu's POV

"LUCY!" I was practically shaking Lucy, trying to get her to wake up. All of a sudden, she starts screaming awake, tears rolling down her face.

"Woah! Hey are you okay? Do you hear me?" I grab her by the shoulders trying to get her to calm down.

"I-It was h-horrible..." I hear her sobbing as she dropped her head, trying to hide her face from me

"Hey.. It's okay, it's over. You're safe," I say as I pull her closer to me, just letting her cry in my shoulder.

Originally me and Happy were gonna break into Lucy's apartment to tell her about this job until we noticed her struggling in her sleep. She was muttering things, shaking, even crying. I was trying to get her to snap out of it, since I hate seeing her like that.

After maybe 15 minutes she calmed down and pulled away from me.

"Sorry... I didn't mean to startle you, it was just a bad dream" she said quietly, giving me a weak smile.

"It's okay. Do you need anything? Me and Happy were gonna invite you on a job but if you-"

"A job sounds great, let me just get changed" she interrupted, standing up from her bed, grabbing some clothes, and head to the bathroom.

When she came out, we headed to the guild together. It was an awkward, quiet walk, considering what just happened.

I was thinking about had happened. Then the thought of Luce being that close to me made my heart beat faster, and I felt my cheeks heating up.
