Yang x Male Kryptonian Reader

Initiation

You woke up and began getting ready for initiation. You didn't have any weapons since you were stronger than an Ursa.

You turned and saw a short ginger yelling at the top of her lungs. The boy she was waking up looked irritated but calm about it.

You felt bad for him. Besides that, you got up,  after waking Jaune up and got ready.

While Jaune was off searching for his locker, Weiss was trying to persuade you into being in her team with a girl named Pyrrha.

Then you heard it, you didn't understand where the talking was coming from but it was far. It was a voice. Male, and gravely.

"We need to prepare Jervis"

"Alright sir. Prepping the car now" the other voice said.

You decided that it was nothing and let it go.

Once everyone headed out to the cliff for initiation, Ozpin explained what to do.

"Any questions?" He asked.

"Um.. I have one" Jaune spoke up.

"Good" Ozpin said and the first student was sent flying.

Once you were launched, you plummeted towards the ground. Unfortunately there were no trees or ledges to grab.

"CRAP!!" you yelled before closing youe eyes, embracing the fall.

It never came.

You opened your eyes to find yourself floating.

"Ok...." you said before you shot forward again and crashed into a mountain.

"Ow" you said before noticing a Deathstalker in the area. You leapt off of the cliff and flew towards the Grimm.

You crashlanded in front of the Grimm, knocking them back and into the air.

You got to work and charged forward.  You swung at Grimm left and right, knocking them all over the place. You flew upwards above them.

"This Ends Now" you said as your eyes began turning red. You were confused as you had used your laser vision to incinerate them all.

After that, your eyes began hurting once you landed. You clutched your head in pain.

One Grimm would've probably got lucky, but a shuriken hit it's back and shocked it to death. You turned in the direction it was throwen but you couldn't see anything. You squinted and saw through the trees.

"What the Hell?" You asked yourself.

No one was nearby.  You got up and saw a ton of chess peices. You picked up a Knight and saw everyone else getting one.

"Aw I don't have one" Ruby said.

You passed her the Knight,  since it matched Yang's chess piece, who for one, looked sad that you did so.

You noticed you didn't have one but that didn't matter. A ton of Grimm were headed your way.

Ruby, being a dunce (Weiss is that YOU??!!?) charged forward and got smacked by a Deathstalker.

Her cape was soon pinned by a Nevermore and she was about to die. Weiss charged forward to help but you were already over there, using your laser vision to burn The Deathstalker's Stinger off.

You uppercutted the Grimm and it flew into the air.

After that, everyone decided to make a run for it back to Beacon. You followed them.

As you made it to more Ruins,  a nevermore showed up, along with another Deathstalker. Nora, Jaune, Pyrrha, and Ren took on the The Deathstalker while Ruby, Weiss,Blake and Yang went after The Nevermore, leaving you versus a million Grimm.

You charged into the horde and uppercutted a beowulf, then grabbed it's leg, using it like a club and smashed every Grimm in your wake.

You shot a beam of laser vision from your eyes and incinerated a row full of Grimm.

One tried getting lucky by hitting you. You didn't even budge.

"My turn" You said, and punched the monstrosity across the world and back.

Once the horde were cleared you turned and saw a decapitated Nevermore head beside Ruby,  who stood on a cliff.

-Timeskip-

"Jaune Arc, Nora Valkyrie, Pyrrha Nikos, and Ren. You will now be known as Team JNPR, Led by,  Jaune Arc" Ozpin declared.

Jaune looked surprised as Ozpin went to Ruby.

"Ruby Rose, Weiss Shnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xio Long. You will be known as Team RWBY,  led by, Ruby Rose" he said.

Yang hugged Ruby but noticed you didn't have a chess piece.

They sat down as Ozpin called you forward.

"(Y/N) (L/N). you gave away youe relic. Normally you'd be expelled. But talent such as yours cannot be thrown away. Therefore you will stay but as a one man team until other Students arrive" he said.

Everyone applauded you.

-Timeskip-

You entered your dorm and sniffed.

"New Dorm smell" you said and crashed face forward into the bed.

-meanwhile-

"Sir. You've been studying him for a while now. Let's get back to base"

"Alright. Im on my way back" the figure said as he leapt from the tree and disappeared into the night
