"Can I have some water!?" Simon shouts.
I laugh and throw him a carton of milk.
"I said water!"
"Milk will take the burn away faster."
He groans and gulps it, puts it down and wipes his milk mustache with the back of his hand.
"Thanks," he grumbles.
"You're welcome," I chirp.
"Hmmph. People don't know a good meal when they see it," Eleanor complains, looking at Si with a disgusted look on her face.
His eyes widen. "That was the spiciest thing I've ever tasted!"
"'Spiciest' isn't a word," I say, laughing.
"Isn't it..?" He looks thoughtful.
"It's supposed to be spicy!" Eleanor snaps. "It's hot n' spicy chicken!"
"Yeah," Theodore adds, eating another chicken wing. "But that's what makes it delicious."
Eleanor beams and looks apon Theo with approval.
Brittany barged out of her room with different necessities.
She sniffs the air. "Mmm, is that Ellie's famous hot n' spicy chicken? I want some!"
"No you don't," Simon groans, holding his hands of his heart. "You'll experience serious heartburn!"
Britt laughs.
"We're you going with all your stuff?" I ask.
"To Alvin's room," she says. "We're having a sleepover."
I glance at Simon who glances at me.
"Is that so.." he mumbles.
"Yup," she says, and starts to walk back upstairs.
Hmm. What are those two up to, now?
I look at Simon, he was thinking the same thing.
