"Okay ladies you may leave now." She dismissed us.
"Okay thank you ma'am we will miss you two." Again unison and that is why we are great partners.
"Oh Sky I need to see you alone for a minute please." Fawcett called me before I could leave.
"Yes ma'am." I said as I closed the door. Demi said we will wait outside.
"You know you are a powerful young lady and you don't even know it and that is scary." She said to me.
"Ma'am I don't understand." I am so confused.
"Your parents are powerful people, the Crystal's, but you never once depended on them to become who you are now you did it all on your own. I am proud to say that I taught you. And I know where ever you go next you will succeed. I can't wait to see what you do next." She complimented me.
"Thank you that means a lot to me." I was truly shocked.
"Okay you can leave now I am sure you still have to finish packing." She dismissed me once again.
"I do indeed ma'am. Thank you and I will come visit soon." I said as I left.
I left the office feeling confused. I spotted Demi and walked towards her. "What was that about?" She asked.
"I don't know do you?" I replied with a question.
"Not a damn clue." She answered.
With that we headed off to the cafeteria to eat and talk a bit before we go our separate ways. On our way there we were greeted by everyone. We were the popular girls and were friends with everyone but when it comes down to trust and loyalty it was just us.
When we got to the cafeteria I ordered a toasted chicken mayo with fries and a water and let's not forget some soft sever ice cream. And Demi got a chicken salad with water and ice cream.
We sat at our usual table and began to eat.
"I am going to miss this." Demi spoke up first.
"Miss what?" I asked after swallowing my food.
"Us. This. Eating lunch together and being partners in crime." She explained.
"We are still going to be partners in crime but we will just attend different schools that's all. We will still see each other plenty." I said smiling.
"You right and didn't your parents say when you graduate from there you can get a car?" She asked.
"Yas." I nodded eagerly.
My mom and dad said that when I graduate from here they will buy me any car I want and I already have one in store.
We threw our trash away after eating and went back to our rooms but not after a long good bye.
"Bye friend. Love you. See you soon." I said as we were hugging each other.
"Same to you. And call me or text me soon." She said back.
"I will." and with that we went our separate ways.
