ZAYN'S POV
I hurried in through the hospital doors shouting for Gigi breathlessly.
"Calm down sir, dr.Steve will meet you there" a nurse says pointing to the waiting area.
I mumble a quick thank you an take a seat. Sobs uncontrollably escaping my lips.
"Mr. Malik?" A heavy voice rings into my ears making me look up.
"Yes?" I ask standing up.
"Well, Ms. Hadid had unfortunately met with a car accident and was brought here by a group of girls" Dr. Steve informed me. Tears begin to flow down my face like a river.
"Can-i-see-her?" I stutter panicking .
"No yet" he says in a sympathetic tone.
"I have a good news news and a bad news for you" he says making my heart drop with fear.
"The good news is that her wounds will heal soon as they are not that deep" he says and I ignite with joy.
"And the bad news is that--your baby is at a slight--um risk" he finishes. I felt my heart being ripped out of my chest and being stomped on.
My baby? Gigi was pregnant but she never told me? She lied?
"What!?" I scream
"The baby is almost 1 week old and therefore is too fragile" he says. All the joy turns into fear.
"You can meet her once the nurse tells you to. She's getting her wounds dressed up so wait for a while" he lets me know
"Will- the -baby-die?" I ask with my voice shaking in fear.
"It depends on how she heals" he says dismissing himself.
"No.no.no" i mumble falling to the ground with support to the wall.
I wrap myself in a ball as i cry.
Why did she lie to me? Why did she not tell me that we are going to have an angel in our life?
A slight tap on my shoulder brings me back to reality.
"You can see her in room 114" a nurse says and then walked away with her files.
I run through the corridors stopping infront of the room. I open the door to reveal the love of my life laying down covered in bruises, cuts and bandages.
Her eyes were closed and a few wired were connected to her bed. She looked so fragile as if one touch and she would shatter.
My heart ached at the sight.
I pull a chair next to her bed and grab her hand rubbing my thumbs over it.
"Why?" I croak examining the beauty in front of me.
"Zayn-- i am so sorry" she whispers, fluttering her eyes open.
"Why didn't you tell me?" I
asked her
"I found about it earlier today and while coning hime this happened" she replies weakly not making any eye contact with me .
"Did you see the person?" I ask hoping she did
"I was a blonde girl zayn" she tells making bells ring in my head. Perrie it must me perrie.
"Perrie" i mumble
"What?" She asked scrunching up her eyebrows
"It must have been perrie" i repeat
"How do yaa know?" She asks curiosly. I told her about the letter I received and he was shocked to ear what I said.
"Our baby--" i started sobbing unable to say it.
"What happened to our baby?" She asked worry filling her eyes.
"It is at--risk" i whisper
"What!?" She yelled and Tears fell down her cheeks .
"Don't worry babe, the doctor said it will be fine if you heal properly" i say
"And I will treat you take care of you like a princess." I cooed
"You are my princess" i whispered.
"Thank you so much zayn" she says
"Anything for my girls" i say
"How do you now the baby will be a girl?" Gigi giggles
"I have a feeling it will be a girl" i say . She smiles.
"I have always wanted a girl" she admitted . I bend down planting a soft kiss on her lips.
"Our girl" i coo
"Yes our baby girl" gigi whispered
"I love you so much" she adds
"I love you so much too baby" i say
"To the moon and back?" She asks
"To the moon and back" i say making her grin from ear to ear.
