Chapter 3 •~Zach~•

"Well...?"

I snap out of my thoughts "Oh uh yeah you can maybe I can take you where I work" I say without even realizing the last part I said, I slightly go wide-eyed but not noticeable, I hope he didn't hear the last part I can't even believe I just basically exposed myself, really hoping nobody heard me.

"Really!!!, Your the best!!" He says hugging me tightly, curse him being taller and having more muscle than me.

I have some muscle and I'm average height 5'10 but it seems like his real dad was tall, I sigh and continue eating.

"Hey, guys after school lets all hang out!" Alec blurts out

Everybody mostly agrees but three.

"Can't I'm going job hunting"

"I'm taking Jacob job hunting and gotta do something after"

"I'm going with Zach"

Archer says, I look at him with a 'When did I say this??' look and all he does is smile at my direction, I roll my eyes and just eat.

"Oh well I guess the rest of us will hang out, I really wanna go to this cafe called Wonders I heard they make the best coffee and sweets"

I choke on my food, and everybody looks at me while Jacob Pat's my back

"Are you okay?" Nicole ask with a worried look

"Oh uh yeah" I respond, I can't let them go there they might find out where I work and I don't want anybody knowing where I work for they can make fun of me.

Archer gives me a 'what are you gonna do if they find out' look, I have to figure something out.

"Hey maybe us four will be able to get a discount since our gramps basically owns the place," Kyle says striking back that conversation

"Yes! Can't wait that's where we are going for sure" Taylor says excitedly, Oh god what am I gonna do.

School is out and right at this moment I have two people in my car which is Archer and Jacob

"Oh, Zach stop right there I saw a wanted poster!" Jacob says I park the car in the parking lot he gets out to check the store out

"So, what do you plan to do if they find out?" Archer asks

"I guess the secret is out and I have to deal with it"

"Well I'm here if you need any help," he says in soft tone

I sigh and nod my head If only life could be easy.

Jacob comes out with a frown on his face "So how did it go?" I ask

"It was stupid, the guy wanted me to work for him"

"Well isn't that the whole point of getting a job?" I said.

"No, I mean he wanted me to do something else that I rather not do."

"And that is..?" Archer says

"He wants me to do him 'favors'."

I go wide-eyed and slamming on the breaks turning my head to Jacob "I'll be fucking right back"

They both nod there head while I get off the car, I stomp inside the store to be met with an older looking man

"Hello, welco-"

"Shut it! I'd don't know what you told my brother but I will tell you this"

"I don't wanna hear you asking my little brother for 'favors' ever again do you hear me you freak!"

He gives me a dark look that would give anybody the chills but not me because I gave him the same challenging look

"Listen here young man I will ask anybody anything and If I want, cause I get what I want when I want it"

I raised my eyebrow at him if he wants a fight, let's give him one

I crack my knuckles and crack my neck

"You just messed with the wrong bitch."

•~ Too lazy to make a fight scene but long story short Zach won almost killed the man but Zach is also injured. ~•

I get back in the car with a busted lip and a swollen cheek nothing major.

"Jesus Christ Zach what the fuck happened to your face!?!"

Archer exclaims

"Just gave that old piece of shit a piece of my mind"

They both look at each and Jacob ask

"Who won?"
