Authors Note: Here is the long anticipated 1st game of Ash's senior year of high school. This in my opinion is my best chapter yet, I really love writing these football scenes. Enjoy!

"Will your friend Shauna be joining us?"
"Yes, yes she will."
"Good. I'll make sure to reserve an extra seat on the plane."
The stunning honey blonde haired teen smiled. "I wonder what awaits in Kanto, I only recall going there when I was younger. Im sure Shauna and I will have a great time!" she thought to herself.
She called her best friend Shauna and told her to pack her bags for tomorrow.

The first week of school went quickly for Ash and Gary. It was now friday which meant they would play their first game of the season.
It would be the long anticipated rematch against the Pewter City boulders lead by Brock Harrison.
Ash wanted revenge from last year. He wouldn't deny it, he was still salty as hell. Ash thought to one of his quotes "I don't make excuses, I make results" and that's exactly what he was going to do. He was going to shine tonight and put the world on notice.
Gary walked into the locker room about 30 minutes before kickoff to get his gear on to go warm up out on the field.
He spotted Ash inside along with a few other teammates. Ash was currently installing his clear nike visor in his helmet.
