The Girls Just Came Back From A Long Day At The Mall

"Geez Hina you really surprised me today!" Said TenTen feeling slightly jealous that Hinata openly talked to someone besides them. However she also felt proud her little Hina had gotten over her fear even if it was just her cousin. Now that TenTen thought about it Hinata never mentioned anything about her cousin being cute and she means C-U-T-E. Like TenTen would-

"TenTen!" Temari interrupted."I don't know what you're thinking about and to be completely honest I don't want to know but please just stop drooling!" Temari said just wanting her friend to stop embarrassing herself.

The 4 girls lived in the dorms of the school. TenTen and Hinata share a room and Ino shares a room with Temari. They're neighbors so they often stay over at each other's rooms. Tonight was TenTen's and Hinata's turn to host.

"But really Hinata you're cousins friends sure are a loud bunch. Especially the one with the tattoos." Ino said. She was thinking about the boy standing across from her jaw dropped at the scene before him. She chuckled just thinking about it.

"Neji-nii never really talked about his friends in his letters so I don't know anything about them." Hinata replied. They were weird no wonder nii-san didn't mention them much but she had no right to judge. Her friends had their quirks too.

"Well I think it's time to head to bed now." Temari said rubbing her eyes. It was 2 am and they were still up, lights out is at 10. Temari snuggled up in the little make shift bed on the floor and wondered what she would put in her new cup tomorrow. Maybe tea or coffee.

The Next Day (In the school auditorium)

"Today we have some very important guest. The Land of Fire Boarding School For Men is visiting today to meet the students and see how our campus runs. Be sure to be on your best behavior and make a good impression. This could be a huge opportunity for us so don't mess it up and don't embarrass me in front of a very good friend of mine." Tsunade said with a faint smile. You could tell she was just as excited about this as most of the girls. But there sat Hinata in her classes row silently cursing whoever came up with this miserable filled idea.

"It's ok Hina." TenTen whispered to Hinata calming her nerves. TenTen knew that Hinata was still scared of the opposite sex despite her talking so openly with her cousin so whenever any of the girls felt necessary they would reassuringly pat Hinata on the back or tell her comforting words. 

"Thank You TenTen." Hinata said with a smile.

"Alright everyone dismissed!" Tsunade yelled into the microphone. "Our visitors will be here any minute so walk through the hallways quietly."

The Auditorium was cleared out in 15 minutes.

The Boys POV (Sasuke,Naruto,Kiba,Shikamaru,Neji etc.)

"Teme, wake up we're almost there!" Naruto shouted into Sasuke's ears. Naruto had been talking the whole way there about  all the beautiful girls he was going to see. He added fuel to the fire when he decided to rip out Sasuke's headphones to tell him they we're upon arrival. He knew he should have sat with Shikamaru.

"Oi Naruto quiet down everyone can hear you!" Kiba shouted.

"You should try lookin in a mirror Kiba the whole world can hear you." Naruto replied. He was quite annoyed it seemed the dog guy always had something smart to say. It was exhausting.

"Kiba sit down and shut up. I know you're excited that we might be merging schools but for right now this is just a visit. Calm yourself." Shino said shutting the boy down completely.

"Look's like there's a traffic jam." One of the teachers Guy-sensei said. "This'll make us about 15 minutes late. Oh how the springtime of youth has caused this intense hold up." He dramatically adds.

"You're so poetic Guy-sensei" Lee says while clapping and shedding a tear. Lee and Guy-sensei  were very close and shared the fact that they both had bowl hair cuts and bushy eyebrows. Lee purposely took on some of the attributes of Guy-sensei because he admired him. Naruto admired his sensei a lot too but that doesn't mean he'd walk around in a mask all the time!

"Thank you Lee!" Guy-sensei said back giving his student a thumbs up and winking to the one sitting next to him, Neji. Neji and Lee are close friends. They surprisingly clicked during their first meeting even though it ended in a fight. Those two clicked in a different way. They were instant rivals and always tried to one up each other sorta like how Naruto and Sasuke do. However they maintained a steady friendship and were barley ever apart.

In response to Guy-sensei's gesture Neji turned his head to look out the window. Feeling let down by his student ignoring him Guy decided to sulk in a corner or something. Neji wasn't really paying attention instead he was thinking of his little cousin. It had been 2 years since Neji had left home and decided to attend one of the most prestigious schools in all of the Land of Fire. Unfortunately it was located at the edge of the Land of Fire and would take 5 days to commute between there and his hometown. Neji was worried about leaving his two younger cousins that where basically sisters to him Hinata and Hanabi but he felt it was necessary for him to go. He never would of figured Uncle Hiashi would send shy, timid Hinata off to boarding school too. However he was glad, Hinata seemed to be doing well. While he thought of her he smiled gently but only one person noticed his change is attitude. Sasuke.

Sasuke was a fairly quiet guy at least most of the time. When it came to Naruto however he was louder and more aggressive. Everyone figured it was because they knew each other longer and had grown accustomed to one another. They were right. Sasuke's mom and Naruto's mom were friends since way back along with Shikamaru's mother so they had all grown up close. Sasuke felt Shikamaru was one of the most similar to him next to Neji and Gaara. He was envious of the boys GPA though. It "goes the moon and back" as Naruto and Choji put it. But that aside when Sasuke noticed Neji let his guard down he came to the conclusion it must have been because of the girl they had seen yesterday. For all the years Sasuke has known Neji not once had he acted gentle or spoke outright unless it was to yell at Naruto or Kiba. Quite frankly Sasuke was surprised and wanted to know who it was that could make Neji Hyuga lose his dignified facade.
