Goodbye

Sometimes you just have to say goodbye.

Even if it's to something you'd never think would leave.

It was something you were living as a lie.

  You think after all this time, happiness was achieved.

When in reality, your friends all disappear

And your family dies.

Everything that you fear

will come true.

Your left alone to cry,

Your friends have no more time

No matter how much you call, feeling blue.

Life catches up,

And they all leave you.

Sometimes saying goodbye is best.

So it doesn't​ hurt later

And you can rest.
