I woke up to Layla pulling at my nose

Me - Layla I groaned as she laughed

Layla - get .. up she whispered in my ear

Me - I'm woke I said and stood to my feet
I walked to Layla room and opened the door .

I walked to her and shook her
Me - Aaliyah

Liyah - what ? She snapped Travis get the fuck back from me .

Me - what's wrong with you ? I asked scrunching my face to her attitude

Liyah - you . You fucking irritate me . Why won't you leave me alone ?

Me - I was just finna tell you I'm going home to chang-

Liyah - well bye . The fuck she rolled her eyes

me - imma take Layla too

Liyah - uhm I think the fuck not

Me - listen stop cursing at me Aaliyah I said officially annoyed . It was really starting to piss me off . Where this sudden mood swing come from ?

Liyah - Travis .

Me - what ? I snapped

Liyah - don't yell at me she mumbled putting her head down

Me - Aaliyah , you aren't serious ? You wanna sit here and yell at me then - fuck it . I stood to my feet and walked to the door .

Aaliyah really irritate the hell out of me .

Liyah - don't leave Travis . I'm sorry I looked back to see tears falling from her face

Me - Aaliyah all you've been doing is yelling at me when I've been trying to help you I said calmly . I'll be back later with you something to eat I twisted the knob and left after sending Layla in the room with her .

I came back with food .

Me - here , eat this . I don't wanna fucking hear you whine or tell me no I got right to the point . I'm not finna keep going through this with her .

I don't even like swearing but Liyah makes me mad .

She nodded and ate the pasta Maria made .

When she went to take another bite she got up and rushed into the bathroom . I held her hair as she threw up .

Liyah - thank you she mumbled

Me - no problem . You ok ?

she nodded
Liyah - that pasta just not sitting right on my stomach she said as she laid with her head on the counter .

I walked to the tub and ran some water .

I stripped her from her clothes and told her to sit in the water . We sat in silence as I washed her up .

I dried her off and she slipped on some underclothes before  she laid on my chest in silence .

I felt her shaking and became worried
Me - are you okay baby ?

Aaliyah - no Travis she said

Me - what's wrong ? I asked as I rubbed her cheek in circles

Liyah - everything .

Me - tell me baby

She went to open her mouth but stopped

Liyah - if I tell you , you may not believe me .

Me - I will , I promise I assured her .

Liyah - alright ... she took a deep breathe . Imma just let it all out alright ?

Me - alright ? I furrowed my eyebrows as she got off my chest and sat at the edge of the bed .

Me - huh ? Who ? I stood up quickly . That just really caught me off guard and made me mad

Liyah - Devan she said and my mouth dropped . I was lost for words

Tears ran down her face as she bit her nails . She stood to her feet and grabbed a yellow folder .

She placed them in my lap and I opened them , looking at pictures .

Liyah - and I'm pregnant she mumbled as my eyes widened at the ultrasounds

Liyah - it's yours Travis ... I swear it's yours . I'm 1 month and some weeks and that's when we first had sex she said .

I stood to my feet and just walked out her room

Liyah - T-Travis her voice broke as I walked to the door and out of it .
