Sal woke up in the hospital. The heart monitor that was connected to his chest was beeping steadily, yet at a slow pace. He could hear what sounded like an intense argument going on outside. There was lots of high pitch screaming, possibly from a girl, and the slamming of walls.

"Listen to me sir," the woman started. "That man is a danger to himself and others. We need to keep him away from any living thing other than the doctors."

"You think he's a danger?" That voice. It sounded so familiar to Sal. "Do you wanna see a danger?"

People could be heard screaming and running around hallway. Sal's heart started to beat faster and faster as he started to worry more and more. What the hell was going on outside? Covering his ears with his hands, Sal tried block out the screams for help.

The door to Sal's hospital room suddenly burst open. Q was standing in the middle of the hallway screeching at the top of his lungs. Hundreds of thin, black tentacles were protruding from his back and latching onto random things and people. Sal could feel tears forming in his eyes and pouring down his face.

"I'm in hell."
