Sal was dragged all the way to Q's house, which wasn't too far away, before he was freed. His body was covered in a gross, thick residue. He gagged slightly and felt something climb up his throat. Sal, too scared to spit out whatever was in his mouth, swallowed it down with as much conference as the cowardly lion.
"Go inside." Something about the way Q spoke. It... did things to Sal.
Sal slowly shuffled into Q's house and stared blankly at the wall. He felt so hollow. Whatever Q did to him was affecting him in more ways than one. Sal continued to stare at nothing until he felt something small and soft rub against his ankles. Looking down, Sal noticed it was one of Q's cats.
"Hey there," Q cooed, picking up the tiny fluff ball. "Sal, you can sleep in my room. I wanna stay with my cats."
"Sleep?"
Tilting his head to the side, Q pointed towards the window. It was pitch black outside and raining pretty hard. Sal jumped at a sudden flash of lighting and nearly fell flat on his back. Q chuckled and walked over to the couch. He laid down, got as comfortable as he could, and placed his cat on his chest.
"You do know where my room is, right?"
Sal nodded and headed towards Q's stair case. He still felt tired, so maybe sleep would be good for him. However, there was something Sal couldn't quite wrap his head around. When did the sun go down? Last time he checked it was the middle of the afternoon.
Shaking the thought of random time skips from his mind, Sal quickly walked up the stairs and to Q's room. The bed was neatly made and his room was relatively clean. The air smelt like a Starbucks, probably from a plug in air fresher, and it made Sal even sleepier than before. Removing his shoes and placing them by the door, Sal climbed into bed and shut his eyes.
"Please God let me live."
