Dean:
Nose. Whenever he does that you blush furiously and Dean grins because he loves that he has that effect on you.
Sam:
The top of your head. Sam is so much taller than you that he usually kiss the top of your head.
Castiel: Cas kiss your neck. He will come up behind you and hug you from behind and when he does that he kisses your neck too.
