Chapter 24.

Ali's P.O.V

"Hi mommy" Mia smiled walking through the hospital room doors with a card in her hand

Cameron was following her in with Connor in his arms.

"Hi baby" I smiled as I pulled her up onto the hospital bed and sat her beside me

"Where's Lilly" Mia asked looking up at me

"She's with all the other new babies, the nurse is gone to get her so you can meet her" I explained as I hugged her around her shoulders and read the card that she had made

"Our moms are on the way here. They left chino this morning so they should be here soon" cam spoke as he kissed my forehead and sat down in the chair beside my bed

"Does she look like you and daddy" Mia asked

"You know Mia I think she looks just like you" Cameron smiled as he leaned forward in his seat

"Like me? Really!" Mia asked excitedly

"You have the same eyes" cam smiled

"Hers are brown like yours too" Mia smiled looking at Cameron who nodded his head yes

The nurse soon came in with Lilly in her bed and wheeled her over to my bed.

Mia got off my bed and stood next to Cameron. I picked Lilly up from her bed and held her in my arms and moved towards Mia and Connor

"Mia, Connor meet your little sister Lilly" I smiled

Mia walked over with a huge smile plastered on her face while Connor stayed in Cameron's arms leaning over to see the baby

"She's so pretty" Mia whispered as she held Lilly's hand

"Hi Lilly. I'm your sister Mia. We're gonna be best friends forever" Mia spoke softly as she stroked Lilly's hand with her thumb

I placed Lilly back in the crib and Mia stood next to her while I took Connor from Cameron's arms and let him get a better look at Lilly

"When will we get to take her home" Mia asked as she stayed holding Lilly's hand

"We don't know baby we'll have to ask the doctors" Cameron explained as he stayed sitting in the chair

As we were all admiring the new baby, my mom and Gina arrived and immediately made their way over to Lilly

"I will never get tired of coming to this hospital and seeing a new grand baby" Gina smiled as she watched Lilly

"How are you feeling sweetie" my mom asked as she turned her attention to me

"Good, tired but good" I laughed softly as I lay down in the bed

"Guys I think it's time mommy got some sleep" Cameron spoke to Mia and Connor as I began to close my eyes

"Fine. Can we come back later" Mia pleaded looking up at Cameron with puppy eyes

"Yes we can come back later but mommy needs some rest right now" cam smiled

"Okay bye mommy I love you" Mia smiled as she hugged me and kissed my cheek

"Bye baby I love you too" I smiled and kissed her cheek

"Bye Connor" I smiled I kissed his cheek multiple times before handing him to my mom

"How about we take the kids back to your house and Cameron you stay here and we'll bring the kids back later" Gina suggested as she held Mia's hand

Cameron and I nodded our heads and said goodbye to the kids again. Lilly was asleep in her bed while Cameron got in the bed beside me, lying down

"I love you so much" Cameron whispered as he wrapped his arms around me

"I love you too" I smiled as I cuddled into his side

"Okay Ali everything is looking great, we're gonna keep you in tonight but your free to go home tomorrow" the nurse smiled checking Lilly one last time and then leaving the room

"What did the nurse say" Cameron asked as he entered the room holding something in his hand

"She said I could go home tomorrow. What do you have there" I asked suspiciously

"Oh I thought you might be hungry" Cameron smiled as he held up a McDonald's bag

"And that is why I married you" I laughed

"I think you married me for this" Cameron smirked pointing out his body

"Yeah your right" I laughed as I kissed his lips quickly

"Our moms are gonna bring the kids back in an hour and then I'll take them home and I'll come and get you in the morning" cam smiled as we began eating the food

"Could you stay with me tonight" I asked Cameron

"Sure but why" cam asked as he bit into his burger

"I want just one last night with only me and you" I smiled

"I'll ask my mom can she stay and watch the kids" cam smiled

"Thank you baby" I smiled as I kissed him again

"No problem baby. Cheers to us and our forever growing beautiful family" cam smiled as he held his drink towards mine

"Cheers" I smiled as I touched my drink with his as I kissed him quickly
