Chapter 19.

Ali's P.O.V

It was early afternoon on Monday. Mia's school was closed for the day so we decided to keep Connor out of daycare as Cameron and I had no work plans for the day.

We told Mia and Connor about the baby. Connor of course didn't really understand it but Mia was ecstatic. She can't wait to be a big sister again.

Because we don't want anyone else knowing we had to tell Mia not to mention it to anyone else. She did the same thing for a little while when I was pregnant with Connor so I'm hoping she will be able to do the same again.

It was one o'clock and I was currently dressing Connor. We were going out for lunch with everyone today.            (so nobody has work??) Kian and lea said they had some big news and I'm presuming it's the gender of the baby.

"Babe you ready, Mia's in the car" Cameron asked as he stood at the doorway of Connors room

"I am now" I smiled as I picked up Connor and his baby bag and carried him to the car with Cameron following behind

"I wonder what the big news is" cam spoke as he drove to the restaurant

"I bet it's the babies gender" I smiled

"I bet he proposed" Cameron smirked

"What! Did he tell you something" I shouted shocked

"No he didn't tell me anything. I just  think that that's what the news is. They're getting married" Cameron laughed

"Kian would have told me if he was going to do that" I said

"I don't know al. He may have wanted to keep it a complete surprise" cam smirked as he laughed trying to tease me

"Shut up" I laughed as I lightly hit his side

"Hi aunty lea your belly is getting big" Mia smiled as she walked over to lea and started stroking her stomach

"I know your baby cousin is growing in there" lea smiled as she placed her hands on top of Mia's

"My mommy is growing a baby too" Mia smiled looking up at a shocked lea

"Ignore her. She had a dream last night where Ali was pregnant" cam smiled awkwardly as he placed his hands on Mia's shoulders and walked her over to her seat

"Ah look it's the engaged couple" Aaron smiled as Madison and Jack walked in hand in hand

"Aw congratulations again" I cooed while hugging Madison and then Jack

"Thank you. It took him long enough" Madison laughed as she made her way over to lea and Cameron

"You know I was just thinking that" Johnson laughed from his seat

Once everyone had arrived and seated, we ordered our food and made small talk like usual. We are all so different yet so similar to the people we were in high school. It's crazy

"Okay so as you all know we have some news" lea smiled as she and Kian stood  up 

"Wait don't tell us, your pregnant" Johnson joked as the rest of us laughed

"She has no ring on her finger, they're not engaged" I whispered to Cameron

"She might not be wearing it because she didn't want to ruin the surprise" cam whispered back as he poked my sides

"We're having twins" lea smiled excitedly

"Wow. We were both wrong" Cameron laughed as we sat staring at the two of them

"Oh my god twins! Congratulations" Madison smiled as got up and hugged lea

"Your gonna have a little me and you"I cried at Kian as I hugged him

"Yeah Jesus good luck with that lea" Johnson laughed

After congratulation Kian and lea on the new babies we all sat back down to talk after finishing our food. Everyone was in their own conversations when Mia spoke up

"Wait. So I'm getting two new cousin now" Mia asked as she looked at Cameron

"Yeah baby lea and Kian are having twins. Just like when grandma Renee had mommy and Kian" Cameron explained

"Wow that's so cool. I'm getting two cousins and another brother or sister" Mia smiled excitedly

All heads immediately turned to Cameron and I as we sat still not knowing what to do or say

"Surprise" I spoke as I looked around the table

"Oh my gosh Ali, since when" lea smiled

"I'm two months gone but we only just found out and we didn't want to tell anybody yet, to be sure" I explained

"Here's to three new humans being added to the chino gang" Johnson smiled as he raised his drink

Everyone raised their drinks and started the congratulating again.

"Sorry I told everyone mommy" Mia frowned as she walked over to Cameron and I

"It's okay baby, they were going to find out anyway and I think that it was even more special coming from you" I smiled as I lifted her up onto my lap and kissed the top her head

A/N  Chapter 18 and 19 were both written in the same night as you can tell.
4 more chapters and this book series will be over forever. It's been amazing and I can't thank you enough to for everything you have done for me.
I also haven't written a final chapter but nothing is left unknown. ❤️
