1.53 Quarry

Weeks later.

We were all standing in front of Vans which were blocking the path to the Quarry. The quarry was full of thousands of Walkers.

Dad " this is were it all starts tomorrow. Toby gets in the truck, opens the exit and we are off. Half south, catches of with the team of red wich is staying on the west side of the road. Daryl and Kendall get on his bike. "

Sasha " you see that"

She was pointing at the other exit of the quarry where the other big van stood. The van began to fall down. It fell off and walkers walked through the other exit out. "

Dad " we gotta do this now !!"

Dad was yelling things. On our side of the quarry, between the vans, were coming walkers through. Daryl aimed with his Crossbow at them. Tobi drove the truck away and walkers came in our direction. Good thing was that we had fired fireworks so that their attention was on us and not on the other exit. Well, the most walkers walked to us.

Flashback

Weeks earlier.

After Daryl and co came back we walked with them home. Glenn had been shot in the shoulder and Tara had woken up from her coma.

I was hugging Daryl the whole time. Didn't want to let go. Neither did he.

Morgan " Where do I get something to eat?"

I looked at him " come with me"

Daryl took my hand and we walked home. They sat down in the kitchen and Dad made them something to eat. I think it was soup or something. Daryl and Morgan were eating.

Morgan " you were right. I wasn't over"

Dad "we should talk more tomorrow. Listen, I don't take chances anymore "
