"Laxus is a great guy Cana, we had so much
fun and he made me really happy but that was all
in middle school and we were kids back then"

"And now we're both in high school and I no longer have any romantic feelings towards Laxus kun."

"I honestly don't see your point Mira" I said, and she glared at me.

"And now you two started hanging out kinda often, I mean very often. You tease him but he loves that, he makes fun of you but you blush at that. You two have a lot of fun together but still don't admit that you're both friends. It's weird" Mira said and giggled.

"Perhaps" I whispered quietly.

"And you admitted that you have romantic feelings towards Laxus Dreyar who is your rival and a lover" I rolled my eyes at her.

"He's not my lover"

"You're interrupting Cana"

"Sorry" I whispered and pouted like a child.

"But has Laxus ever admitted that he has a crush on you?" She asked, and I shook my head as a response.

"Of course not I mean it's Laxus we're talking about" I said and chuckled.

"But he has admitted that he loves me back then" Mira said, and smiled.

The feeling of jealousy had suddenly hit me.

"Awesome but then again you were kids at that time" I said, and faked a smile at my friend who's eyes had suddenly gone wide.

"Whatever let's get to the point" I said coldly

Mira stared at me with an apologetic look,
her long white hair was tied into a messy pointy tail.
I started studying the girl.
White long hair, gorgeous facial features,
beautiful blue eyes that anyone could down in.
and a killer body that anyone would wish for.
Mira was goddess compared to me, of course Laxus confessed to her. And who was I?

A girl who said and drank too much,
regretted often and barely thought of something smart. A girl who's mother died at the age of 5,
a girl who has always been judged.

I was cut off my thoughts when Mirajane suddenly hit me on the shoulder.

"Uhm ouch?" I gasped

"Cana don't give me such a cold shoulder,
you're my best friend, I love you to the moon and you know that. And no blonde guy could separate this friendship that was built from 2nd grade" Mira said, and put her hand on top of mine.

"You're right I'm sorry Mira, but friends tell each other the truth right?" I asked, and she nodded.

"Always" she replied sweetly

"And you're going to tell me the truth right?"

The girl suddenly went silent but as soon as I
raised my eyebrow at her, she faked a smile and nodded.

"Yeah"

"I like Laxus and I want to date him and maybe than things will go further and even dirtier between us two?" I said, and laughed.

Oh my dirty mind keep it together Cana...

"Alberona!" Mira shouted, and laughed as well.

"Sounds great Cana but there's something you should know about Laxus and that something might break your heart into million pieces" Mira said sadly, and put her hand on her cheeks.

"You're over exaggerating Mirajane"

"I wish Gildarts taught you not to interrupt" Mira said and my eyes went wide at her comment.

"Rude much?" I asked and chuckled.

"Less mannered much?" She hit back

"Cana"

"Huh?"

"Laxus Kun and I... No I mean Laxus told me that.. Well things might not work out between you two because" I cut off the girl.

"Spit it out Mira!" I shouted, and she jumped back surprised.

She sighed and spilled the beans to me

"Laxus is gay"

MIRA'S  P.O.V:

"Laxus is gay" that dirty lie suddenly left my mouth.

'Friends don't lie Mirajane' a voice said inside my head.

'It's for her own good' I thought to myself.

I opened my eyes to see Cana's eyes filled with water.

Don't cry Cana don't cry!

"You're lying" she said

Yes I was

"I'm not" was the last lie that left my nasty mouth, before the girl rushed out of the room as fast as she could.
