"That is not how it happened you moron!" She punched my shoulder in an annoyed manner.

"Yes it is! I swear!" I looked over at Nia and she clenched her left knuckle. Her diamond ring soon dug into my arm and I laughed as she puffed her cheeks out.

"Our first date did not happen like that! You're making me look like a villian!"

"Seeming how you never even met me before this encounter, you were extremely hostile towards me." I laughed and pulled her into a kiss. "I'm glad I was your last blind date."

"I hate them. I had no idea that was going to be my last one either."

Rylie / Mint-Yogurt :
The longing of elsewhere
Too many people wanting
Not enough fitting needs of my own

This is the final straw
Never again
Shall I endure this
Shall I meet people
That are "perfect for me"
That are "a good opportunity"

I am independent
No person
Will complete me
So I'll walk the streets alone
You can find me at home next time

Melisa / Spirit-Law :
I'm stuck in a place,
That I never wanted to be at;
I wanted to stay home,
To play with my dogs,
But instead, I'm in this caffeinated filled shop,
Waiting for a mysterious guy
With a mysterious life to arrive.

Finally, the bell rings,
Signaling the entry of a stranger
And he is a stranger.
A stranger that is my blind date.
He sits, then clears his throat,
"Hello," he says
"What's your name?" he asks.

I responded with,
"Don't you know how rude it is to make a woman wait?"
His eyes widen and he looks away
"Sorry." he mumbled.
With a pang of guilt, I forgive him;
He gives a small smile.
"My name is Callie." I say.
"Mine is Damion." he replies.

We talked throughout the day,
Until the sun grew tired
And let the moon take over
Maybe I hated it at first,
And maybe I still do
But I say this blind date will be my last;
Because he is the guy I am interested in.

Ronalyn / shiba-tea : The hustle and bustle of New York City were different from home. My only friends were my co-workers at my new journaling job, and so far, they had set me up on a few blind dates. It was a nice gesture, but the results of every one of those dates made me miss home more and more. Walking into the meeting place, a small cafe of the name, Eats & Treats, I spotted a girl nervously waiting by the register. "Hi, are you Jesse?" I asked her.

She smiled awkwardly, "A-ah.. Hi, yes I am Jesse. You must be Christina.."

I shook hands with her with a smile, however my heart was filled with anxiety. I don't know if I should.. no, could love her. My parents are homophobic, being religious and all, and I told them I was meeting with a man. I mistook Jesse as a man. Lord Jesus, please guide me.

"S-so.." I stuttered, afraid to offend her in any way. I didn't want to leave the poor girl, but I didn't want to try to get attached. She smiled cheerfully, gesturing me to a table.

Turns out, we have lots in common. She likes her coffee with a dash of milk and lots of sugar, loves dogs but prefers not to own one, heck, she even binge watched the whole series of the Powerpuff Girls!; Which is definitely something I'd do (and should do in the near future).

I sipped my latte, listening to the bubbly girl in front of me.

"It's a small world here, and I wanna visit every country there is," she paused, then blushed brightly, "w-with someone. Someone I can share memories with- for the rest of my life. "

I smiled genuinely, and took her left hand to entwine our pinky fingers together. My heart beat fast, but this wasn't for anxiety, instead I felt confident, and my parents couldn't change who I am.

"I want to be the one to travel with you everywhere."

So, New York is still the loud, crowded city it is, but right next to me is a girl who's smile is larger than this world.

Chinna / Chimman :

I walked into the bar thinking,

"I can't believe that she set up me up with another blind date."

She, referring to my so-called "best friend," April, who just couldn't keep her boundaries and her mouth shut, just set me up on another blind date.

As I sat down on a random bar stool, I noticed many people staring at me.

"Why are people staring at me with perverted faces?"

But then realized, that I am wearing a short black dress, which also shows a lot of my backside. I also remember that April picked this out for me.

"Thank you for helping me get all the attention, April.", I sarcastically thought.

A loud noise then drew the attention of the people that surrounded me in the small bar, which also drew my attention, to a mysterious figure clinging onto the door handle, which looks like they're clinging onto it for their dear life, since the floor was slippery and wet from the rain outside. After a minute of clinging and slipping, the mysterious figure finally fell down with a loud thud, embarrassed, the figured then looked up to face me.

Slicked brown hair, green eyes, sharp nose, and a strong jawline.

"Fuck. He's hot as hell."

He then stood up and walked towards me, with eyes still around him, he sat next to the stool next to mine.

He then started up a conversation, asking if I was the girl my "best friend" was talking about.

A few hours later...

Both of us, drunk as hell then stumbled out of the bar, I tried to take out my phone to call the taxi, but then my blind date, who is named Trevor, halted me, and sloppily told me that his apartment was nearby. So then, we started to walk towards his apartment building, but then i felt dizzier and dizzier, I then eventually passed out.

Minutes later...

I woke up on a bed, I realized that my hands and feet were tied against the posts of the bed. I started getting exciting thoughts about what Trevor is going to do to me. Trevor then walked in, shirtless, my panties started to feel damp after looking at his chest and his strong abs. Trevor crawled over me and bit his lips. I looked at him seductively. Then he did the unthinkable.

He took out a well sharpened knife...

He continuously stabbed the knife right through my chest, as I repeatedly screamed out trying to escape, while blood splattered out of my chest onto his body. My vision started to fade out and I knew that this would be my last blind date.
