It was a big day on set. Stiles and (your character)'s make out scene. (Y/N) was mucking around in her trailer, trying not to think about the fact that in less than 2 hours she would be making out with Dylan O'Brien. As she was putting things away in the cupboards and cleaning jumpers and T-shirts off the couch, she thought about how amazing the whole Teen Wolf experience had been already. (Y/N) remembered her first day meeting him, almost 6 months ago now:
"Hi! I'm (Y/N)," she said, smiling nervously.
"Tyler," Tyler Posey said, putting his hand out to shake as he grinned. "And this is Dylan O'Brien."
"Hey." Dylan smiled, also putting his hand out to shake. (Y/N) smiled back as she shook it.
"Well, now that you're all introduced, let's get started!" Jeff said from behind the desk. It was (Y/N)'s first audition ever for a TV show, and she was very nervous. She looked over at Jeff, who gave her a look of support and approval. Jeff was the one who found her, performing on broadway after she got scouted at an acting studio back in Australia.
Tyler cleared his throat as he started reading from the script, acting out the scene. (Y/N) fell straight into a perfect American accent, hiding any fact that she was actually from Australia. It was a perfect audition, (Y/N) and Dylan's chemistry especially standing out for Jeff and the other directors and producers to see.
Jeff waved his hand for the reading to stop, and (Y/N) let out a shaky sigh of relief. She hoped she had done enough to get the part.
"It was lovely meeting you," Dylan said, obviously very nervous as Tyler snorted at his choice of words.
"You too," (Y/N) grinned, back in her Australian accent as she pushed her shoulder length hair behind her ear.
"Yeah, it was LOVely meeting you, (Y/N)," Tyler said mocking Dylan as he hit Tyler on the arm. (Y/N) grinned and waved goodbye to them as she left the room.
"Well," Jeff said. "How do you think that went guys?"
"Pretty good I think," said Tyler. "She obviously learnt the script and the character really well."
"What about you Dylan?" Jeff asked. "Do you think she'll fit in with the rest of the cast?"
"No, yes, definitely," Dylan stuttered, as Tyler grinned again at his friend's obvious nervousness. "I thought she was wonderful." Tyler smacked him on the arm again, trying not to laugh as Dylan turned and glared.
"Thanks for your feedback guys," Jeff said. "I'll give you a call as to what I decide."
6 months later, and (Y/N) was well and truly part of the cast of Teen Wolf. Her and Dylan were best of friends, always messing around on set, laughing with each other, and as Tyler liked to point out regularly, flirting a lot. They obviously had feelings for each other, they were both too nervous to speak up. Holland had tried to convince (Y/N) to do something but she was always too nervous and unsure as to what to do.
"Just ASK him out," Holland said.
"Yeah, but what if he says no?" (Y/N) counteracted. "Do you even realise how embarrassing that would be? This isn't just a one time thing. I basically have to see him everyday."
"You make it sound like it's a chore," Holland laughed. "It's so obvious he's totally into you."
"Righto," (Y/N) rolled her eyes. "If he was that into me, wouldn't he have made a move already?"
It had now gotten to the point where the show was literally forcing them to kiss each other, and (Y/N) was getting more and more anxious just thinking about it. She had just finished picking up the last items of clothing off the couch when there was a knock on the trailer door.
"One sec!" (Y/N) yelled as she threw the jacket in a bag by the table. She went over to the door and pushed it open, half stepping down onto the step when a firm hand grabbed her wrist.
"Wha? Shit, hey Dyl," (Y/N) said, almost tripping down the steps.
"Ah, shit sorry," Dylan mumbled, pulling (Y/N) down from the trailer and around the corner of another.
"Um, Dylan?", (Y/N) asked, as Dylan continued weave through the trailers, looking left and right while still pulling her along. "Where are we going?"
"Er, one sec," Dylan said absentmindedly, again looking around to see if anyone was there. When he was satisfied there wasn't, he turned around and grabbed (Y/N) by her arms, pulling her back against one of the white trailers.
"Dylan?" (Y/N) asked, reaching up to brush some hair that had fallen in his eyes after his frantic rush through the trailers. "Is everything ok?"
Dylan swallowed nervously when she reached up to touch his hair. "Um, yeah everything's fine. Nothings wrong, I just uh," His eyes flicking between hers and her lips. Dylan again turned to see if anyone was around and it was then that (Y/N) reached up and grabbed his face, turning it back to her.
"Dyl." (Y/N) said sternly. "What the heck is going on?"
Dylan looked back at (Y/N), suddenly realising the close proximity. "I just, um,"
(Y/N) perked up her eyebrows, dropping her hands to his hips.
"It's just that, um," Dylan couldn't for the life of him think of what to say as (Y/N) stood there in from of him. He reached out and cradled her jaw in one hand, and slid his other onto her waist. (Y/N) pulled back slightly, a bit shocked at the sudden affectionate movement. Dylan gripped her waist tighter as he conjured up the courage to do what he had been wanting to do for almost 6 months now.
"I, um," Dylan stuttered again, until he ducked his head and pushed his lips to hers, capturing them in a firm kiss. (Y/N) stood there, stunned at first, before she melted into the kiss, her lips moving against his. Her hands wandered up to reach around his neck, as both his slid down her waist. Dylan pulled away first, slightly breathless, looking deep into (Y/N)'s eyes.
"Sorry," Dylan said quietly, still catching his breath. "I just couldn't let our first kiss be on set, in front of all those people and the cameras." He had a small grimace on his face as he looked down, waiting for a reaction.
(Y/N) grabbed his face with her hands, pulling him up to look at her as she smiled, pushing her lips to his once again. Dylan reacted quickly, holding her waist tightly as he familiarised his lips with hers. Suddenly, they heard someone yelling in the distance, and they both pulled away, turning their heads to see who it was.
"Dylan? (Y/N)? Your call time is in 10 minutes!" A crew member yelled, still too far away to see exactly who it was.
(Y/N) looked back at Dylan, who she could tell was trying not to crack up laughing.
"Shit!!" She said, laughing, as she pulled Dylan around the back of the trailer, who was running to keep up. They weaved through some more trailers before slowing to a jog. Dylan laughed as (Y/N) slowed to a stop, bending over with her hands on her knees, still half laughing but puffed out from their brief sprint. She stood up and walked over to Dylan, wrapping her arms around his waist, hugging him while still trying to catch her breath. She could feel his torso rapidly moving up and down as he put his arms around her too. (Y/N) looked at Dylan, her laugh threatening to break through again.
"I suppose we should go get ready for the 'big scene'," (Y/N) said, pouting a bit.
Dylan wiggled his eyebrows. "Yeah, the one that we've already practiced for?"
(Y/N) laughed and hit him playfully. She sighed against his shirt.
"I guess we should probably go," Dylan finally said, unwrapping his arms from around her.
"Mm, I guess." (Y/N) said, not really wanting to let go. She did eventually, and waved goodbye to Dylan as he briefly smiled back at her before jogging back to his trailer.
(Y/N) looked down, smiling to herself, full of goss to tell Holland, and suddenly not so nervous for the 'big scene'.
