Storyline: Gangs: How things changed.

The world was once pure. Filled with happiness and rarely despair. The skys were always a bright sky blue and silky cotton clouds moved ever so slightly. The grass was always green and the trees swayed with the calm breeze. The weather was always warm, not to cold and not to hot. This was before everything changed. Before the government changed.

The so called 'underworld' had now controlled the streets. Men and women hid in the dark, scowling whenever a police patrol car driver by. The government had lost the trust of many. They had abandoned the poor children and the old Towns and areas that needed money. Families died everyday, either caught in the crossfire of a gang war or shot by policemen and women that felt as though they needed to live no longer.

Two gangs rose above all, gaining support from about just half of the world. Joker's Ace and Joker's Spade gained influence over other gangs and could not be touched by the government unless caught in the act of murder or drug dealing. These two groups managed to successfully afford to support decaying towns of the poor and pick up lost children and teenagers from the streets. Many members of the two groups are untrained children who are being cared for and protected behind closed doors. The government had set out plans to detain members of the groups and hopefully find the leaders, bringing them down along with their control over citizens.
