·Chapter 10: Alexis' Opinion and Video Chats·

"What?!"

"Yea. I just got back from the appointment." You told Alexis, and she was still in shock.

"I was just kidding when I said that you were pregnant... I didn't think you actually were!" She said, not knowing what to say.

"I know... I don't know what to do..." You sighed, sinking back into the couch. "When are you going to tell Josh?" She asked. "I... I don't know. I dont really want to do it at all." You admitted. "He has to know sometime..." Alexis said softly.

"I know... I'll tell him eventually. He obviously deserves to know." You explained. "I just need to process this." You said quietly.

"I'm sure everything will be alright. Have you told anyone other than me?" She asked. "I told Tyler." You responded, looking up at her.

"What's his opinion?" Alexis asked. "Well, he agrees Josh should know soon. He thinks that if he gets upset, then he'll get over it pretty soon. I mean, its our child after all." You explained.

"Of course... I hope everything is alright with you guys. You giys are so cute together. I would hate for you guys to disagree and argue." She sighed.

"We've never really disagreed on anything like this. I mean, I wasn't really set on having another kid now, but it doesnt bother me." You explained. "But I think it'll bother Josh..." You sighed.

"Did he say why it would bother him?" Alexis asked curiously.

"Not explicitly. But I mean, he has a tour going on and I hate to pull him back from that. He had a hard time leaving me and one child to go on tour. Let alone two." You explained.

"Couldn't you just go with him?" Alexis asked softly, not wanting you to get offended by anything she said.

"I went with him before we had Spencer, and I was a stage hand... My only worry is what we would do with Spencer. I feel like he would get bored..." You said, sinking back into the couch.

"I'm sure somebody could watch him if you wanted to help Josh." Alexis suggested. "I guess so..." You said, thinking about the possibilities.

"Maybe we could meet him at his Ohio show next month." You thought out loud. "That would work! I'm sure he would love to spend time with you and Spencer. It'll be fine!" Alexis smiled. This caused you to smile too.

Talking to people made you feel at though you were pushing your problems onto them, but they always made you feel better after you talked about it.

"Thank you Alexis." You said, reaching over and hugging her.

"Anytime!" Alexis said, hugging you back gently.

"Thanks again for keeping him Laura!" You said, holding Spencer on your hip as you thanked Laura yet again.

"Thats no problem! We had fun." Laura smiled. "Text me when you guys get home!" She said, waving as you buckled Spencer into his car seat.

"Will do!" You smiled as Spencer waved back.

"Mom, can we face call dad again?" Spencer asked from the back seat as you pulled into your driveway.

"Of course!" You said, now becoming nervous at the thought of talking to Josh.

You got Spencer out of the car, walking with him to the house.

As soon as you walked inside, Spencer ran to get the tablet. This made you chuckle, and you walked to the table where he was now sitting.

You pulled up the video chat app, and pressed Josh's name gently.

The calling screen came up, and after a couple rings, Josh's face came up on the screen.

"Hi dad!" Spencer smiled excitedly as he sat on your lap.

"Hi buddy!" Josh smiled back at him. "Hey (Y/N)." Josh smiled, also excited to see you.

"Hey Josh." You grinned at your husband through the camera.

"How are you and Uncle Tyler?" Spencer asked curiously. "We're doing good! How about you and your mom?" Josh asked as if having a conversation with someone who wasn't five years old.

Spencer rambled on for a little while about how things had been and how much both of yoy missed Josh.

Although Josh smiled, you could see the sad look in his eyes.

"Alright, bye dad!" Spencer said kind of sadly. "I'll see you later bud. I love you!" Josh smiled at him, which caused Spencer to smile too.

"Oh, hey! Before I forget to ask, you'll be in Ohio again in about three weeks, right?" You asked curiously.

"Yep! I hope you guys can come." Josh chuckled. This caused you to roll your eyes, chuckling as well.

"Of course we'll be there, you dork." You responded. "Awesome!" Josh smiled happily. "Anyway, I'll let you guys go. I looooove you!" "Looooove you too!" You replied.

The screen went blank, Josh's face disappearing.

"So we get to see dad and Uncle Tyler soon?" Spencer asked. "Yep! I'm not entirely sure... But I'm gonna talk to your dad about staying with him for the rest of the tour." You told him.

This caused Spencer's jaw to drop. "Really?!" He asked excitedly.

"Mhmm!" You nodded. "Mom that would be so awesome!"

This sent Spencer into a speech, and he rambled on about what he would be able to do while he was with Josh.

"I have to go pack!!!" He said, panicked.

"Spencer, honey, I think you have a little bit of time." You laughed.

"Will you help me pack when I need to?" He asked innocently. "Of course." You smiled.
