Chapter seven

I have been sitting here for three hours watching and listening to this awful bromance unfold. Leo and Jay hated each other only a few hours ago but once they started talking and released they had much in common the atmosphere changed. I groaned as I rolled on to my side, a dark shadow came over our small circle. I open my eyes as a black dragon descended from the skies and landed a few meters from us.

I studied him, young drake recently shifted obviously he hasn't had time to build up his mucle capacity for long periods of flight. Four strong legs and a long tale with a arrow shaped spike on the tip, small curved spikes running down his spine and two large horns coming from his head. During my study of him he has walked over to us as a Guard ran over to translate for us. The guard and the drake looked at each other and had a silent conversation in there heads to each other, "the young master wishes for you to join him and the king in the throne room, there are cloths over there in the shift building for you both". The guard informed us as I registered what he said. The young master that means it's David as the Black drake.

"Leo stay here me and Jay are going to go change, we won't be long" I informed Leo as I trotted over to the building that the guard pointed out to us. I entered the building with out problems but as Jay was entering he ran in to a much larger red drake with scars covering his body. Jay let out a surprised yelp and jumped out of the way of the clawed paw sent his way by the drake, the drake snorted and continued on his path as me and Jay shared a confusing stare.

We proceed to the two open shifting stalls for us, they are huge to accommodate the huge bodies of the dragons. I let my fur slip under my human skin as my bones rearrange to my human body. I put on the cloths that were supplied to me and walked out of the stall as Jay emerged from his stall. The guards at the door nodded and quickly informed us where we had to go.  We then followed him back out to the gardens and where we left Leo and David, then all four of us were escorted to the throne room.

We entered the throne room where the king sat on his throne with the queen on her smaller throne chair, the large red drake that Jay ran in to stood off to the right side of the room glaring at us with his big yellow eyes. The king cleared his throat " I have received message from some of the other tribes, the Free Spirit Tribe of Mongolia are willing to meet you and to see if they can assist you with restoring Jay to the throne."

Me and Jay glance at each other as the king continued " also the North Africa tribe will see you but promise nothing at this stage." I look at Jay and Leo with a smile on my face, that is two more tribes than I expect. "Also my dear annoying son wishes to join you" he announced suddenly as he pointed to the black drake behind us. "As much as I dislike the idea I have allowed it with a few conditions obviously " the king stood up and walked over to the red drake. "My eldest son will go as well as a diplomat to strengthen the treaty with the Free Spirit Tribe and the North Africa Tribe." He announced as he stood straight with his back to the red drake.

"I have made arrangements for you to catch a plane to the Free Spirit Tribe's private airport, it will be leaving tomorrow noon so go pack what you need to and Magenta" he turns to me " you have to accept these two in to your pack for the trip" I nodded and cleared my throat. "David please stand next to your brother, Kevin shift for the ceremony." I told them calmly. When Kevin was finished he stood in front of me naked covering his privates I continued. "Do you David accept position in my pack to follow my orders when needed?". David was practically ready to leap in to my arms apond hearing those words, " I David accepted the responsibility of joining your pack and will follow you anyway " he announced eagerly.

I smiled at him and turned my attention to his brother, "do you Kevin accept position in my pack and follow my orders with out question?" Kevin looked at me with a blank stare and grunted out, "I accept the position " after a few seconds all three of us felt pressure on our minds as a bond was created. After all the formalities Kevin turned back in to his dragon and huffed out of the throne room as Jay came over and slapped David on the back and laughed at the ever expanding pack.

*****Few hours later*****

I have finally finished packing my bags with all the items I will need, I'm doing a double check before actually leaving this nice little room I called mine for four days. Ok bathroom pack, check, four sets of clothes and underwear, check. In my smaller more important bag I have all my documents that I have and will ever need. I have completed my check and leave the room with my bags and join the rest of my mashed up pack out front of the palace.

They bowed there respect to me and climbed in to the two waiting cars, I helped Leo in to the back seat as he growled appreciation about being able to sit in an actual seat this time. Me , Jay and Leo were in the first car as a guard drove as David and Kevin were in the second car. The ride to the airport and to there private plane was peaceful and I fell asleep till I was jolted awake by the car coming to a stop on the runway next to the plane.

I stretched and got out of the car and opened the back door for Leo to jump out, I picked up my bags and proceeded to walk towards the plane. I was stoped by Kevin stepping out in front of me "I'm going to fly with my own two wings" he informed me. "Ok no worries but try not to bring the plane down because I'm on it" I giggled out as I proceeded on to the plane. I was followed clumsy by Leo but he soon gave up as Jay picked him up and carried him on to the plane, Then we were joined by David that looked really un happy.

A few hours later I'm woken up from my sleep by the argument that was happening between Jay and David. "I wish I was out flying with my brother, that way I don't have to be in this stuffy plane with you two stinky creatures " David was yelling now. I sat up straight when I heard the sound of a fist colliding with David's face and his body dropping to the floor of the plane.

I briefly look out the window and scream and jump out of my seat as a giant red dragon head glares at us from the other side.
