30 days to Love. (Ereri)

Day 1

"I'm sorry. He doesn't have long to live." Eren closed his eyes. His head pounding. What was he suppose to do. Leave him. Give permission to cut off his life. He looked up meeting the doctors eyes.

"How long?" He asked. The doctor flipped through his charts. A frown crossed his face.

"A month. Thirty days to be exact. I'm sorry Mr. Jeager." He said walking to the door. He gave one more look at Eren before leaving. Eren looked out the window.

"Thirty days? I'll make it your best thirty days, Levi. Just wait." He whispered. Standing up he headed to the door.

Levi looked at the white ceiling of the hospital. The door squeaked open and Eren appeared at the doorway.

"Hello, Jeager." Levi smiled sitting up. Eren smiled back.

"What's the news?" Levi asked. Eren pulled a chair up beside the bed. His eyes didn't meet Levi's.

"Do you want the truth?" He asked. Levi frowned. He looked to the ground and nodded. Eren took a deep breath.

"You have thirty days to live. I'm so sorry, Levi." Eren said. Tears fell down his face. He had already lost Mikasa and Armin. There was no way he was losing Levi to. Levi corners. He swung his legs off the bed and looked at Eren. Smiling he stood up.

"Levi? What are you doing?" He asked. Levi walked over to a closet and grabbed his clothes.

"If I only have thirty days I'm not spending them in this place." He said he threw off his hospital gown and pulled on a white shirt and black jeans. Eren turned around and watched him walk to the door.

"Are you coming Jeager?" He asked. Eren smiled and stood up. He walked over to Levi and took his hand in his own. Intertwining their fingers. Levi smiled and opened the door. The doctors didn't try to stop them from walking out. They just watched and went back to work. Eren and Levi walked out of the hospital and towards their home.

"Levi. Open the door." Eren yelled pounding his fists on the wood. Levi held the other side of the door close. Asking sure Eren couldn't open it. He laughed at Eren's feeble attempts to opening it. Eren gave a huge shove right as Levi moved away. The door swung open and Eren fell on Levi. They laid on the ground staring at each other.

"Sorry Levi." Eren said trying to get up. Levi laughed and raised his arm. Grabbing the back of Eren's neck.

"Come here brat." He laughed pulling Eren back on top of him. He met his lips with his own. Eren's eyes widened. He pulled away and stared at Levi.

"You only have thirty days? Shouldn't you be doing something?" He asked. Levi smiled and tilted his head.

"I'd rather spend it all with you." He whispered and leaned up to kiss him, again. This time Eren kissed back. The fell to the floor, next to each other. Levi put his hand on the back of Eren's head. Curling his hair in his fingers. Eren smiled and wrapped his arms around Levi's waist. The kiss lasted five minutes. Levi was the first to break away.

"Eren. If I die. Promise me you won't cry." He whispered. His eyes still closed and his hand still on the back of Eren's head. Eren looked down. His eyes filed with tears. Levi opened his eyes. He took his hand away from Eren's head and put it in his cheek. Taking his thumb he wiped away the tear. Eren took his had in his. Meeting his eyes.

"How can I not. Levi I love you. Of course I'll cry." He whispered. Levi smiled and pressed his forehead to Eren's. He put both his hands on the back of Eren's head.

"That's exactly what I wanted to hear." He said. Eren looked up and opened his mouth to say something. he was cut off shortly as Levi leaned in and kissed Eren again.
