Chapter 14: My Cure

  The next morning when I woke up,of course Raphael was in my room.
- Good morning,sweetcheeks. - he said.
- You should wake me up when you enter my room, it's a bit creepy to wake up and see the way you're starring at me..
- How am I supposed to wake you up? You're so adorable.
I smiled slightly,got up from my bed and got dressed.
- Are you hungry? You should have breakfast.
- I just woke up,give me some time.
Then I sat on my bed.
- Sit next to me. - I smiled to him.
When he sat next to me I noticed his hand was on his stomach.
- Why are you holding your stomach? Are you alright? - I asked.
- Yeah. My stomach hurts a bit but it's alright. - he smiled.
- Well.. okay..
Later when we went down the stairs to have breakfast,I saw that he had trouble walking.
This is so strange.
When we went in the kitchen he suddenly fainted.
- Raphael! - I shouted.
I helped him get up and somehow,walk to the living room and sit on the couch.
- What's wrong? What's happening to you?
- Nothing, Simon..
- Stop lying to me!
- I said nothing is wrong! - he said as he pushed me away slightly. - Leave me alone.
- I'm not leaving you!
It was obvious he isn't going to tell me what the hell was happening.
So I had to think about it and find out by myself.
The way he was holding his stomach earlier...
He barely has powers to walk..
He fainted...
He looks paler than ever...
Wait..
He never eats...
He is so hungry it's getting dangerous...

  He has to drink blood before it's too late... 

- Raphael! I know what's wrong. Don't try to lie me!
He said nothing.
- Let me help you..
- And how exactly are you going to help me,Simon? - he asked. - There's nothing you can do.
I pulled off my shirt.
- Please,get some blood from me..
- No way! I promised not to ever hurt you again.
- Raphael,it's not like you've never bitten me before.. Please..
- Simon,I said no!
He got up from the couch but I grabbed his hand and stopped him.
- Please,Raphael.. If you don't do it I'm leaving! - I said.
- You can't leave.
- Yes,I can. You can't walk,you can't get on your feet so I can run away if I want to!
- Simon,you're not going anywhere!
- Please,Raphael.. I don't want anything bad to happen to you.. You always take care of me,it's my turn..
- I can't do this to you..
- Raphael.. Please.. What am I going to do without you? You're the only one who has treated me this way..I love you.. - I said as a tear rolled down my cheek.
He sighed. He leaned in closer to me and bit my neck.
I don't care about the pain,at all.. He is all that matters to me right now..
After he finished I hugged him tight.
He hugged me back,pulling me closer to him.
- I can't believe you did this for me.. Thank you,Simon. - he said.
- You're welcome.. - I whispered. - I hope you'll be alright..
He lifted up my chin and looked in my eyes.
- If I'm with you,I'll be alright. You are my cure,Simon.
I hugged him again.

  - C'mon,you should rest now.. - I said as I caressed his hair. 

I put on my shirt and helped him get up and walk the stairs. We went to his room and he laid on his bed.
- I will leave you have your rest now. Try getting some sleep,even if it doesn't help you that much..
I was about to leave but he grabbed my hand.
- Stay with me. - he said as he pulled me gently to his bed. 

I laid beside him and hugged him. He hugged me back,pulling me closer.
