Chapter 24

That's it!!!!

I pulled my head back as far as I could,  and landed,  a heavy headbud to his head, he stumbled a few feet back.  Before he could process what has happened,  I punched him in the face,  and hearing a disturbingly evident cracking soung. His body spun around and he lay slumped over the bathtub.

Just then,  the door opened,  revealing a concerned Kyle. 

"Rowan,  are you .." he started,  but as he looked around the bathroom, his eyes widening in revelation.

"It's a long story,  " I said,  and before I could do anything else he pulled me into a hug.

"I almost thought something terrible happened to you. "he said when he pulled away. And I smiled at his sweetness.

He smiled back at me,  but his smile faded once he looked behind me.

"Duck!" he ordered and I obeyed.  I was shocked when he threw a punch at the air behind me,  hearing a grunt then something heavy slamming the floor,  I saw the drunk guy passed out on the floor behind me.

"Thanks. " I said.

"No problem,  now let's get you home " he said.

"I ca't I came with Laurel." I explained.

"Laurel and Jay already left. " he said.

"Oh. "

"No come on let's get you home. " he repeated,  and I nodded.

We headed to his car and we both got it.  We drove in silence to the village.

"Where do you live? "he asked.

"Right over there. " I said pointing to my house.

"Ok cool." he said as he drove toward my house.

He drove up to my diveway,  and switched the car off.  We sat there in silence for a little while.  I didn't really want to get out his car was so warm and cosy, and the air outside was so cold.

"Listen Row?" he started, and I looked at him.

"Would you... uhhmm. . would you" he said and he looked really nervous,  and his breath was quite raged.

"Wouldyougotothewinterballwithme?" he asked,  quickly.

I giggled at him,  "Of course, I would love to "I said,  and he let out a sigh of relief.

"Cool" he said.

"Yeah so I guess I better get going. "I said and opened the car door, and the cold air hit me causing me to shiver.

"Good night Kyle "I said,  and got out.

"Good night Rowan " he said,  and I closed the car door.

I headed up to my porch, and heard him start the engine behind me.  I unlocked the door,  and turned around to give Kyle one final wave before I went into the house. Once I was inside I heard his tyres screach as he left.

I kicked off my shoes once I got up to my room,  and I just collapsed on my bed,  drigfting off to sleep.

Ghello people, 

I want to begin with,  sorry that I took me so long to update,  you have no idea how bussy I was these past two weeks,  my routine,  was litterally, school, homework , sleep, repeat.  and an occasional meal here and there,  so I hope you could all find it it your hearts too forgive me.

Secondly,  I want to know,  what you guys think of this chapter? And don't forget Kyle ooohhhhh o_O     =-O

Something is happening here.  Mwahahahahahahaha

Anywho I hope you all ave a fantabulous weekend,  and from now on I will try to update at least once a week,  and it would probably be on Mondays,  mostly,  just to brighten up the day since 99% of the population hate Mondays. Just note it would most likely not be this  Monday,  since I have a really bussy weekend ahead of me.
