4 months before

Mariana's POV:

It was a day just like any other, I was fangirling over the boys as usual and I had been waiting for their announcement all night, i felt so lucky Portugal had the same time zone as the UK :D 

And then, then BOOM, the announcement, the world tour was going to happen, and much sooner than we thought, they only said it was going to take place in 2012 and then is was really a WORLD TOUR...

I instantly thought "OMG THEY'RE COMING HERE, THEY'RE ACTUALLY COMIN HERE" so I called my best friend, I knew she had read it already, after all, she was a directioner as dedicated as I was...

She wasn't picking up her phone and I could hear me thinking "pick up, pick up, pick up!" and she did, and we both screamed in excitment, saying that our boys were actually coming!! And then we started thinking about it, and realized that even if they were going on a world tour that didn't mean they were coming to Portugal... after all, Portugal was kinda narnia...

And we got sad, and started eating chocolate and losing hope...

But then, to our surprise, the information about the tour was released, the dates and the locations, I went to her house, as we decided to find out together, we started reading... it started in the end of march and ended in june... we started checking the countries... they were beginning in the US, since they were already there, the would go to Russia, China, Japan and then to Australia and New Zealand, after that they would go to Brasil, Mexico and Argentina, and then they would go to Europe.... By that time we were scrolling so fast looking for Portugal that we couldn't really read all the countries :b I think we read Swedan; Norway; Germany; Switzerland; Neetherland; Austria, England and Ireland of course, Italy, France, Spain and there it was, the last concert of the tour, the 16th of June, Madrid....

We got so said! we couldn't believe   we got so close...  I was already eating chocolate again and telling her that I hated living in Narnia when she suddently yells... "WAIT, THERE'S ANOTHER PAGE, WE MIGHT STILL HAVE A CHANCE!" and BOOM (again)... The last One Direction World Tour Date was going to be the 18th of June, in Lisbon, Portugal. I couldn't believe it!! I was soooo happy!

We jumped, we laughed, we danced, we sang, we twitted and then Sara looks at me and says.... wait, you know what happens on june 18th right? And I'm like, yeh, 1D are coming... and she looks at me and says "I can't believe this... I can't believe you forgot your own birthday!"  My what?! oh My birthday!!! I can't believe I forgot! And wait, that meant One Direction were coming to Lisbon on my birthday, MY BIRTHDAY! AHHHHHH I lost, right there, I don't think I had been that happy before...

We started making plans and talking about what we would do and dress and everything and I ended up sleeping over at her house 'cause we were so excited we couldn't stop talking about the concert!

We decided we were going to camp out to buy front row seats and, if possible VIP passes, we decided it was going to be the best day ever and, of course, THE MOST AMAZING BIRTHDAY EVER
