Liam POV

The late bell rang, and she jumped in fright... Kesley has never looked so fragile in my life.

I was already surprised by her weight loss, and how surprisingly sexy she was now, not to admit her sudden lack of wanting to argue with me.

I mean, I was mad as bloody hell at her, but something seemed wrong and I couldn't help but feel worried.

We walked to the office for our late passes, and to my surprise, we both had advanced physical education as a free period elective.

"What a coincidence, " she furrowed her eyebrows, sarcastically,as I walked her back to her locker.

"Well, you look really good," I blurted, trying to be reasonable. She opened her locker and grabbed her workout clothes, before sending a tired gaze at me.

"Shouldn't you be at your locker?" she stated, closing it and standing right in front of me. I looked down at her, and couldn't help but enjoy the closeness, the friendship bubble... and memories of our friendship swam through my mind.

Then memories of what she had done, and how I found out, and how she lied..

I forrowed my eyebrows, suddenly a little regretful.

"Yeah," I stated harshly, completely walking past her angrily.

I huffed the memories away as I crossed the hall, and turned one last time to see her reaction.

But she was already gone, out of the building and into the auditorium.

I turned back, a feeling drifting over.

Disappointment.

I continued to speed walk, angrily grabbing my gym clothes and shuffling to the gymnasium, already 10 minutes behind everyone.

Class hadn't started, and everyone was still talking around the gym, so I quickly rushed into my gym clothes and headed out.

I caught eyes of a good ol' lad of mine, and he smiled happily as I walked over to him.

"Nialler, how you've been, lad!" we did our bro hand shake. He chuckled and nodded, patting my shoulder.

"I've been great, Liam! How's your kidney doing?" He playfully tugged at me, and I smiled.

"It's good. I finished my last dialysis today," I finished proudly, and his face lit up with happiness.

"That's great, lad!" his eyes gazed to the side and opened in interest.

"Whoa, is that Kelsey?" Niall coughed, and I turned behind to find her walking out of the changing room, her hair in a messy bun, revealing her pearl earrings, pale as her skin.

Her face was tired, and she looked around, where several guys held the same gaze at her body. She wore a long sleeve Nike shirt that snuggled her body amazingly, and some short shorts with tights under.

Only I knew that Kelsey has always felt extremely self conscious with her legs... but the figure of them now.. were.. were so slim and fit, her newly found curves giving me chills.

No Liam, you hate her.

I looked around to find almost half the guys checking her out as we warmed up, and for some reason, I grew angry.

I socked the almost drooling Niall beside me, and he gave me a sorry chuckle.

"Someone's jealous, " he said a little too loudly, and I growled, making everyone look back at us.
