*Chapter thirty three*

Madison took Leila and Karim back home from the farm where Micheal had taken Karim for a present , on reaching Leila's house , Madison requested to leave , what had brought him was already done ,he went back to his apartment, Susie had left the hospital when she learnt that Madison had escaped from the hospital , she was looking for him from everywhere and came to think  he could be at his apartment , but she did find him there, so she decided to wait maybe he would show up and luckly enough he showed up .

"Where have you been Madison?" She raised her voice on seeing him ,  " the doctor is angry with you ,why did you escape from the hospital ?" Continued  scolding him as he entered through the door .

"Oh please ,it was just a scratch , you all treat me like am about to die. "

"Madison go back to the hospital ,wait till the doctor's consent form at least. "

"Susie ,leave me alone ,am going to take a nap now. "

"Am going to call the captain maybe he will make you go back to the hospital ." she made a call to the captain .

"Susie , is Madison already there ? the captain answered .

"He has just got here , am trying to tell him go back to the hospital but he's big headed ."

"Put him on phone ."

"The captain wants to talk to you Madison. " She showed him the phone .

"Hello sir." he said just after taking the phone from Susie.

"Madison , what do you think you're doing ? How can you run away from the hospital ?"

"Are there any developments on Helen's whereabouts?"

"I'm talking about your health and here you're asking me about Helen's whereabouts. "

"Any developments?" he insisted .

"No  developments yet but what I can tell you is that Stewart is out of the coma and he has started receiving visitors ."

"Thank you for that , that can help to. "

"What are you talking about ? Just go back to the hospital ."

"I will talk to you later captain ." he hanged up .

"Madison , Madison ?" he looked at the phone that was already hanged up .

"So are you going back to the hospital ?Aren't you going to listen to the captain ?" Susie asked Madison .

"Cut it out Susie ."

And as  Madison was heading to his room for a nap , Susie remembered something ,  stopped him , he asked what it was then, Susie told him that it was about his mother l.

Madison's mother had escaped from the village where she'd been taken after she was discharged from the hospital , Madison's mother claims that Inez asked her to come back to take care of her and that Inez was missing her ,before Susie could finish it all ,she received a call from Madison's uncle from the countryside , he was asking whether Madison's mother is already with her , that she asked to leave so that she could see her daughter and they were curious whether she's already there .Susie answered the call and told him that she's already with them .

"So where is my mother ?" Madison asked .

"She's in the kitchen , she says she's preparing Inez's favorite dish ."

"Are you serious ?"

"Go , go in the kitchen and see for yourself ."

He went to the kitchen , was surprised to see his mother in the kitchen cooking ,bringing dishes from one side to another , starting the gas ,slicing onions and tomatoes , he felt really sorry for his mother ,she was losing it mentally and he couldn't stand it all.
