Chapter four

Madison came and parked his car outside an apartment , went to the apartment and banged the door open  to get  inside the house, then  rushed to the bathroom. Without talking to a young  woman he found inside sited on a computer .the young  woman saw him and went after  him in a hurry .

"What happened to you Madison?" She asked. "Did you get yourself into a fight ?"

"Shut up sister , this is not serious ."

"But what exactly happened?" She sniffed. "Oh my god you even smell gasoline  ."

"I was after some guy who kidnapped a kid and he is the one who  got me into all this mess. "

"Oh no , what kid , whose kid ?"

"Would you shut up sister and get me a towel ?"

"Mom has been calling since last night wondering where you are , she went for work , now what will you tell her ?" It's like  she didn't hear what he'd asked for .

"Just get me a towel , am going to call mom after a bath ."

Madison' sister went out to get him a towel as he took a bath and after a bath , Madison sited where her sister was sited on a computer in a more like a study room and started searching for a certain names.

" Now what are you looking for ?" His sister could stand staring for long from right at his back.

"Looking for any Bernard Fletcher."

"Do you even think a kidnapper will give you a real name ?" She  teased him .

"Just trying out my chances ." Madison stared at her .

"By the way , have you called the family of the boy ?"

"Oh no! Haven't thought about that yet. "

"I think I should be the one working on this case brother. " She giggled  .

"Yeah yeah , not funny Ms, I will not call them , am going there in person. "

"Good for you , go ahead but first call mom, she is worried. "

"Where is the phone ?"

"Here. " She handed him the telephone .

Madison called his mother , who began scolding him , however much he tried to calm her down that he is alright the woman continued bagging him that he should eat well , not stay out for long. Not until he told her that he was to hung up , he had work to do .

Having talked to his mother Madison left the apartment , drove straight to Leila's house and told them each and everything that had happened to him , he asked for the finger that was sent to them , Leila brought it and told him that they'd even received a video of burning money ,  told her how he saw the man  burning the money himself , Madison seemed in a hurry that he told the family he had to leave but before he could leave , asked them if they knew any Bernard Fletcher a name which seemed not familiar to anyone .

As he was leaving the house,  he saw the Alma's son , he stared at him and when Alma's son saw that he tried to walk away but Madison went after him .

"Are you running away from me ?"

"No, why would I run ?"

" I don't know , you tell me. "

"Madison sir  , there is nothing more I can tell you, all I told you yesterday its all I know ."

"Why do I feel like you are keep something from me ?"

"Karim came out of the summer house running ,and he asked me never to tell anyone that we have been to that place ." Alma's son seemed nervous .

" What do you think he saw inside that house ?"
