*Chapter thirteen *

A day came when Leila had to move out with Alma to see someone believed to  interpret dreams , she asked Helen to keep an eye on Jasmine for her , before Helen could leave   to Madison's , she had a good time with Jasmine inside the house and among the things Jasmine enjoyed was playing with was  a DVD package  for which  she didn't even notice that  there was a DVD inside , but when Helen looked through after Jasmine had gone to pick up a pencil to continue with her drawings ,she saw a DVD and she wondered what was on it,  she  crawled towards a flat screen and  played it ,  dumb struck she was  with all what she saw on the DVD , it was Jerome shooting  someone , taking a closer look at who was being murdered  , Jerome was killing William his chauffeur, the fact that  she was watching it from that plasma television in the living room , Jerome showed up inside the house.

"What are you watching that's leaving  you speechless ?" he asked .

"I..i ..i . you ." Helen stammered  looking so astonished .

"Where did you get that ?" he hysterically asked after seeing what she was watching .

" You killed him ."

"Where did you get that ?"

" It was with Jasmine's toys ."

"Look here Helen , I will tell you everything. " he tried to get closer as she took steps backward .

"Stay back. "

"Helen look , you don't have act like that , one of the guys from the kidnappers called me , told me to go somewhere where I can find Karim and when I got there,  I found William  gagged up there , it was either Karim's  life or William's , if it were you , what would you do ? I had no choice Helen , please don't tell this to anyone. "

"I can not believe this, you killed someone Jerome ."

"Keep your voice low and make sure you don't tell anyone ."

"Okay I will calm down but I will have the DVD. " she pulled out the DVD.

" Wait what? Where are you taking it ?"

"Dad ,dad ,dad , you're back ." Jasmine came back from looking for her pencil , interrupted the argument.

" Oh my lovely daughter. " Jerome pretended to be calm and  turned to his daughter .

" Look what we've done with aunt Helen."

" Oh its beautiful ." he replied gazing at Helen .

"Jasmine I think I have to go home now now that daddy is back ." Helen waved at her as she took off with the DVD.

"Bye aunt Helen ?"

"Bye. " she replied .

Jerome thought to himself that if he could  take Jasmine to bed for a nap ,  will catch up with   Helen and get the DVD from her , he was nervous, could not bare the idea that there was a DVD that could incriminate him to jail and its with Helen someone so close , with all this crowding his mind , he took Jasmine to bed and told her that she should rest , he's to come back with ice cream .

Helen was already at her house a few blocks away  , got onto her laptop and inserted the DVD to watch it again as if she something else missed out could appear on it , it was the same though , after watching it again , immediately picked up her phone and  called Madison to come over to her house,  she'd something to tell him , something that couldn't wait , Madison agreed to come over and  immediately after he'd finished talking to someone at Emmet's coffee shop , he gathered to leave .
Madison was at the coffee shop to talk to Mr Emmett again to ask him about  why he showed up at Ethan's house after his release , when he got there , Mr Emmett admitted that he was at Ethan's house but not because of the reason Madison was claiming to be but because he wanted to find where Ethan was keeping his grandson , Madison thought the two were accomplices .
