Assistant Part 1

You were just hired as assistant to Michael Jackson's assistant. Saying that you were an assistant's assistant didn't sound good, but Michael Jackson's name made it sound great. You were so excited about today because it would be the first day that you would see him. You wouldn't necessarily meet him, but he would be in the same room with you. You were careful with your makeup this morning; making every line clean, even that mark above your eye that you inevitably made with mascara. Ready for work, you grab your purse and leave for the meeting. Today was all business. All the "Big Cheese" from the record label were meeting with him today to discuss his album and second solo world tour. When you arrived, people were in a frenzy trying to make everything perfect before they got there. You found your boss, Jen, stressing out over something,

"Hey Jen, what can I do to help?" You ask cheerily.

"Gosh there is so much! But the most important thing is candy! I forgot to pick up some snacks, and it just won't go well without it. It would be so helpful if you could run out and get that?"

"Sure, sure whatever you need. I'll be back in 20." You were a little disappointed because you wouldn't be able to see him enter, which meant you probably wouldn't see him. You didn't feel too bad though because it would happen soon enough.
