Sins [Jeff the killer x reader]

Your story: part 3

"Where are you going?" Acedia asked as she turned to face you, you just kept walking,

"to find Avaritia!" you yelled as you start to pick up your pace.

After 20 minutes of searching you had finally found Avaritia, he was running around asking everyone if they were a healer. but to no avail, no one would help us. After you found him you told him what was happening, then you both rushed back to the house. Once you got back and opened the door so fast, you thought it might break, when you got inside Avaritia and you just stood in the entrance, your heart sank at the sight.
 Acedia and Vainglory were standing over Hubris crying softly, while Lux and Gula were sitting on each side of the bed holding each of his hand's sobbing.

"h-he's gone" Lux said in between sob's before your tears had a chance to fall, you heard a knock at the door, you looked over at Avaritia but he was too much in a daze to notice, so you wiped your eyes of your tears that had yet to fall, you then walk to the door and opened it. You see a tallish man with a dark cloak covering his face, you look at him and notice he has a long white beard. He had this blinding white aura that surrounded him it was almost heavenly. He then lifted up the hood of his cloak revealing him, he was an old man with bright blue eyes, he eyes were beautiful, it felt like I could stare at them all day like it was like i was in some sort of trance.

"hello" the man says with a soft voice,

"who are you?" you ask staring at him in the eyes.

"I am here to heal your friend" Your eyes widen at his words, knowing that if he came a little earlier Hubris might have been saved, you felt tears well in your eyes but you pushed them back not wanting this stranger to see you cry.

"s-sorry he's is already dead" you stutter, you were about to shut the door,

"I can bring him back" the man says this time loud enough for everyone to hear, they all turn to look at you and the man at the door,

"who is that?" Avarita asks from the bed, he was know sitting by Lux, and everyone else just looks at us, still tears falling down their faces.  Before you could answer the man lets himself in and walks right past you,

"i am here to heal your friend"  the man stated,

"b-but h-he's already gone" Gula stuttered as well as wiping the tears off his face,

"I already told him that" you said as you shut the door and walked to stand beside the man as well as look up at him, you then looked at everyone for some reason Vainglory looked very surprised, which was very unusual for her, she then whispered something into Acedia's ear, Acedia's eyes widen.

"V-Vainglory says that he's the man that was in her dream last night," Acedia says confused looking at Vainglory then at the man,

"yes, i did appear in her dreams, to let everyone know i'd be coming, but i presume she didn't let the rest of you know"  the man reveals

"but how did yo-" Lux was cut off 

"why are you here exactly?" Avaritia asked,

"to bring hubris' back and to ask a favor of each of you" The man answered,

how did he know hubris's name? you think to yourself, the man looks at you and gives you a soft smile,

did i say that out loud? you think to yourself, the man still looking at you shakes his head, you then look back at everyone and they're looking at you both confused,
