Chapter 3
My phone was ringing out of control. I sighed and stomped over to it. I looked at the caller id before
answering it. "Hey C.J!" I said into the phone. "Hey Riley! Ready to come over!" she said happily. "Yup!
Be over in a few," I said. I hung up the phone and went to go change.
I pulled on my Gir outfit. I LOVED Gir! I also like waffles.
I opened the front door to head out when I ran into my brother coming in. "Oof!" I let out. He
looked me up and down. "Nice outfit," he said truly complimenting me. "Thanks!" I said. I walked
around him and headed towards C.J's place. Kyle grabbed my arm and turned me around. "What! No
hug?" he said holding his arms wide open. I sighed and jumped into his arms. He gave me a huge bear
hug. "Kyle... can't... breath!" I said struggling to get air into my lungs. He let go reluctantly. "So where
ya going?" he asked. "C.J's why? You want to tell her you LOVE her!" I said playing with him. He
laughed sarcastically. "Haha, no."
I waved him goodbye and walked over to my bike. I kicked it to life and zoomed down the road.
The breeze in my hair made me feel like I was flying. I was so caught up in the moment that I passed
C.J's house. I saw her looking disappointed through her window. I laughed, she was so gullible. I did a
sharp u-turn and headed her way again.
I parked my bike in her driveway. C.J came out with a huge smile plastered on her face. "Hey!" I said
and walked up to her and gave her a hug. "Hey! So what do you want to do?" C.J asked. I thought
for a moment. AHA! "Let's go to the fair! But we have to invite Mike and Danny!" I said. She nodded
and whipped out her cell.
In a few minutes Mike and Danny showed up on their bikes. "Hey! So let's get a move on!" Danny
said. I crossed my arms over my chest and glared at him. He looked at me. "What?" he said innocently.
I opened my arms signaling I wanted a hug. "Oh!" he said. He rushed over to me and picked me up in
a giant Danny sized hug. "OKAY!" I said struggling to get out. He set me down and hopped onto his
bike. "COME ON! LET'S HURRY!" Danny said kicking his bike to life. We all got onto our bike and rode
to the fair. I looked over at Mike. He hadn't set anything since he got here. Hmm... wonder why?
We all looked like a biker gang riding down the open road. Well especially C.J and me. We had on
leather jackets. And I had my biker gloves on. A red car seemed to be following us. Maybe he was
going to the fair too. Wait stalker? I slowed down to where I could see into his window. GAH! It was
the stalker guy again! I can't STAND him! I zoomed up to my buds. I was going to tell them about him
when we got to the fair.
We made it to the fair after thirty minutes of driving and being stalked. We had to park our bikes at
the gate because there were no more parking spots. Oh look! The stalker guy got a parking spot in
the lot. GAH! He makes me mad! Danny saw me getting angry. "You okay?" he asked. I looked at him.
