You arrive at the hotel and park the car. It slowly lands on the ground and you switch it off. You turn to Google and his eyes are closed.
Is he asleep?
You poke his shoulder gently and he stirs, opening his eyes. The blue light from his eyes illuminate the inside of the dark car and he looks at you with low-lidded eyes.
"Andy..." he says sleepily.
He's so cute...
"We're here," you whisper to him and he nods and opens his car door, getting out. You open yours and get out too. You look around and notice that the area is old. There's no solar panel street lights or light up roads and you look to your side and see an old car with wheels. Your eyes widen in surprise. You look down at a small town and see that there's barely any lights on and you look further and see a lit up train station. You smile to yourself.
Dad would have liked this place...
You suddenly lose your smile.
God I miss him...
"Andy, you okay?" Google asks from the other side of the car and you snap out of your thoughts and quickly look at him over the bonnet.
"Yeah..." you say and Google arches his eyebrow.
"You don't sound okay," he says and walks around the car to you.
"Really, I'm fine" You say. He puts a hand on the centre of your chest and you blush.
"I can hear your heart Andy," he says quietly as he looks down at his hand on your chest, "and it doesn't sound like you're okay." He says and looks into your eyes. You look away and sigh.
"It's just that I miss my dad and some of the things here remind me of him..." you explain. You then feel Google's arms around you as he brings you to his chest, resting his chin on top of your head.
"It's okay," you hear him say, "I don't know much about death or grief, so I wouldn't know how to console you, but what I can say is this; those that love us, never really leave us..." you step out of his embrace to look at him.
"What does that mean?" You ask. He smiles at you gently.
"When you look at these things, you're reminded of him and you miss him. It's because of his love for you, that he never left..." he says and you stare at him before putting your arms around him tightly, pushing your face into his chest.
"Andy?" Google questions as he runs a hand through your hair.
"Thank you for saying that," you tell him and his arms are around you, hugging you back. After a while of hugging each other, Google pulls away.
"We should get a room before it gets too late in the night," he says.
"Okay," you say and step away from him. You get the box out from the back seat and close and lock the car. Google moves next to you as you both walk to reception and holds your hand, squeezing it gently. You smile and ding the bell at the desk.
After a minute or two, a nice old lady with white hair in a braid on her shoulder and small glasses hanging from her neck walks out from the back and smiles at you and Google, her grey eyes shining. You can't help but smile back.
"How can I help you two lovely people?" She asks in a soft, sweet voice.
"We'd like a room for two please," you ask politely and the lady nods as she puts on her glasses and flips through a book.
"One bed?" She asks and looks up, squinting slightly.
"Yes," Google answers for you, his hand moving to hold your hip as the lady nods again and you blush. You pay her and she hands you a key.
"Thank you," you say and she smiles and goes to leave, "Uhm wait..." you say hesitantly and she stops and turns around.
"If you uh, see a group of men wearing suits, can you please call our room?" You ask, knowing how much of a risk your strange request is. The woman stares at you, a knowing look then enters her eyes and she nods.
"Of course, anything else dearie?" She asks and you sigh with relief and smile.
"No, that's all we wanted, thank you," you say and she nods and goes to the back as you and Google walk to your room. You reach the door and open it with the key. You both go inside and you turn and close the door. You feel Google's hands on your hips as you turn the lock. He kisses the back of your neck and you shiver.
"I need to put the box down..." you breathe out as his hands stroke your hips.
"I'll do it, I want you to stay where you are..." he says against your neck and takes the box and keys from your hands. You watch him place them down on the bedside table and then he walks back to you. His hands are back on your hips and then one hand moves down to your nether region to palm you through your jeans. You moan quietly and put your hands up against the door.
"I think it's fair that I finally give you what you want," he says against your neck as he kisses it gently. You bite your lip as he rubs you harder and you move against his hand needing more friction.
"Google..." you breathe out and he stops and unbottons your jeans.
