Start from the beginning

My favorite outfit.

A warm feeling filled my entire body as I put on the clothes and left the room. Seeing that the bathroom was vacant, I stepped towards the kitchen and spotted him, concentrating on preparing all the tools and ingredients. His hair fell over his eyes but he didn't seem to notice. He looked so attractive, so beautiful. And he's finally mine. I smiled, mesmerized by the view.

I snapped out of it when he tried to chop the onion and pieces of it flew across the kitchen. I chuckled and went inside the bathroom, brushing my teeth and washing my face. I let my hair fall wavy down my shoulders.

As I entered the kitchen, I scanned the messy countertops and my concentrated boyfriend. I wrapped my arms around his waist and leaned my head against his shoulder.

"Sorry. I tried to cook your favorite breakfast," he muttered. I noticed his slightly tinted cheeks.

"It's okay. You don't have to do anything for me." I shuddered at a sudden thought. "J-Just promise me you won't leave."

He turned around and laid his arms on my shoulders. He nuzzled my nose with his, and whispered, "I can't promise that anything won't change, but I love you too much to just let you go."

Tears brimmed my eyes. "You mean everything to me," I whispered back. He smiled, the one that made my heart flutter and my cheeks flush. "Let's eat what you've made." I looked over his shoulder and spotted omelets, strawberry pancakes, and fried bacon. It's a weird combination but it tastes like heaven.

He scratched his head sheepishly. "I tried my best with the omelet. I know you liked it with those little seafood inside but it just won't cook out right. So is plain omelet fine?"

I laughed at his ramble and he smiled too. "You're so adorable. Of course I won't mind," I said, pinching his cheeks.

He grabbed my arms, bringing it down. His eyes were so full of love, it made my heart pound so fast I thought I might have a heart attack. His lips fell onto mine, gentle at first, then, slowly, it grew more passionate.

After we pulled away for breath, he hugged me tightly before setting the table with food.

I ate almost all of it, the omelets, the pancakes and the bacon. When he was done before me, he propped his head on one of his hand and watched me. It made me feel self conscious, but his amused smile drew the feeling away.

After I finished, he pulled me up and led me hastily out of my apartment, leaving the dishes unwashed. His wide smile that showed all of his perfect white teeth never faltered. He opened the door to his car. "Ladies first." I pretended to swoon. "Oh, you're such a gentleman."

We both laughed and he went over to the driver's seat. He revved up the engine and started heading down the driveway and into the street.

I turned on the radio and sang along to Dream, by Suzy x Baekhyun, the song that was currently playing.

He sang with me, our voices mixing perfectly together. His phone started ringing, and he took his eyes off the empty road to search for his phone. He picked up his phone and answered the call. "Hello?"

His face had a hint of annoyance, then anger as he listened to the caller. His hand tightened on the steering wheel. He was so focused on the call that he didn't notice a grey Toyota van coming straight at us in the seemingly empty road.

"NO!" I screamed. I unleashed the seat belt and lunged from my seat.

The last thing I heard was him yelling my name, before I fell deep into unconsciousness.

Helloooo, everyone! Can you guess who the guy is?

Hint: Chaeyoung's outfit ;)

For those of you who didn't know, Park Chaeyoung is Rosé's korean name.

You can imagine the characters as whoever you want, all up to you! I'm just using people in real life for a better depiction and portrayal of the characters in my stories.

This is my first realistic story so if there's any mistakes or advice you want to suggest, just tell me in the comments or PM me. I don't take offense to constructive criticism.

Personally, I do not think I am a good writer, and if this book does not sound enticing to you, I apologize. I'm a novice writer, just putting my ideas and imagination into words that could reach out to people other than myself. I'm still practicing, learning from both writing and reading, improving my literacy skills. Some of the chapters might be unedited but I will try to fix the errors as soon as I can.

I hope you enjoyed this story so far. If you did, make sure to vote & comment! Thank you so much for reading!

xoxo,
