"Can I ask you something?"Shane whispered
I nodded
"Why Canada?"he asked then i knew what he meant
"He always wanted to go there"I said hugging Shane
"Can I ask why?"he whispered
Kissing my forehead lightly
"To get a break from 'this mindfuck America' as he called it...he loved greenday"I said smiling slightly as I remembered him
Shane nodded and kissed my head
"But it was 15 years ago so like..."I mumbled rubbing my eyes
"Come here"he whispered
I crawled over to him and cuddled my head in his neck as he ran his hands up and down my back
"Why would she not care?"he asked
I sighed and pulled away
"She's always loved her vodka more than me or my dad"I said non-chalantly
"Oh honey I'm sorry"he whispered rubbing my arm
"eh it's fine"I sighed as I got up
"Okay I'm gone a take Uno out"I said quietly as I walked out with Uno on his leash
Shane's POV
I watched ryland leave the house as I just sat there but I couldn't anymore I got up and went through the door the same as him
I looked on the sidewalk outside of our garage but he wasn't there so I looked in the back to see him sitting at the small table we had watching Uno run around I moved closer to see tears falling down his face slowly I felt so bad that tears came to my eyes as well
I walked closer to him with grass ruffling around my feet
I put a hand on his left shoulder
He turned around and I hugged him
I looked once again at those mesmerizing blue eyes and knowing that I would be able to wake up to him everyday and fall asleep next to him everynight made everything in life okay because I had finally found,the one...
