I used to lie in the lawn with my neighbor, and she and I used to picture what we could see in the clouds. You never know what's up there.
Pictures in the Clouds
What can I see in the clouds today?
A bear sitting on his great, white throne,
A lion roaring from the top of his home.
Oh how so big, puffy and pink
They seem to picture everything
The sun is setting behind the clouds
The pictures seem to fade away.
The dark would appear and seem to stay,
But no! Oh no, it will come back soon
I will just have to wait.
Pictures in the clouds.
A quite evening by the lake or any place of piece-full of serenity-is a nice place to be. Hey, that's my backyard down to the last detail, Jack!
Come to the Lake
The sky was so blue
I knew what to do,
So I took a snooze by the lake.
The frogs on the rocks,
The trees singing to me,
'What a glorious day
to come to the lake.
