Idk HOW ashes from pantom sludge happens but whatever imma roll with it.
Pioneer has the power to stop the sludge volcano, she has to make a decision though. She can either direct the sludge's ashes to the phantom territory and save the Jammers but lose Felix. Or she can save Felix and kill all the Jammers. Would she save the love of her life, or millions of strangers?
Pioneer chooses to save the Jammers.
After the ashes have drowned all of the Phantom territory, Pioneer goes to see if Felix survived.
She could hear his muffled cries underneath her. She quickly digs as fast as she can and sees a black tentacle. She eventually digs up his whole body. He sleepily opens his eye, only for it to close again.
Pioneer cried and cried, picking him up by his back and nuzzling his eyelid. Jammers slowly surround them. They felt her sadness and started to sniff.
The rest of the day was quiet. No birds sang for hours.
By nighttime, purple lanterns were released into the sky.
