"So, yes or no?" I looked up at Max and rolled my eyes following behind Grayson out the door.
"I have no idea what your blabbing about Maxwell." He chuckled putting his hand on my waist.
"Hands off Maxwell." He gave me another one of his charming smiles.
"About our date, saturday?" I shook my head.
"I already told you, im not looking for a relationship, i have kids to worry ab-"
"They can join us, they love me." I shook my head again.
Max is really handsome, no denying that, but he's what we would say in high school a "Fuck boy".
I have way too much going on to be worrying about a player who has probably been with every girl in this building.
"No, N.O." I opened the door to my office and he followed me in Cameron was looking at the pictures of the twins that I had all around my office.
"Oh C'mon Im trying here, I've been trying every since I started-" he noticed Cameron and stopped talking.
"Can you give us a min-" max tried telling Cameron, but i interrupted him.
"No, Maxwell I've already said No, so please let it go." He sighed and nodded.
"Only for now." And he walked out. I groaned taking a seat on my chair and sighed.
"What was that about?" He asked and i shook my head rubbing my temples.
"Nothing, how come you didnt mention you were working with me?" I gave him a smile and shrugged, his face was all serious and no emotion.
"Whats wrong? Didn't like your office? Any problems with staff? I'll take care of-" he shook his head.
"Then what is it?" I asked.
Its weird how I want to make sure he is okay here, its probably and instinct.
"Did you date that guy?" He asked now sitting up straight.
"Who? Maxwell?" He nodded and i scoffed shaking my head.
"I have zero time for a boyfriend, especially a playboy like Max." Somehow that made him smile. "Cameron are you jealous." I set both my elbows on the table my face resting on my palms as i smirked.
"Geez, the twins have the same smirk. I thought it was mine but it looks just like yours." I chuckled.
"Well they are my kids." He nodded. "But you didnt answer my question."
"What question?" I shook my head.
"No offense but, i have no idea how your going to be CEO. Last time I heard you didnt go to college especially not to study Business. I thought you would continue acting?" He sighed and nodded.
"Its hard, I had to keep a close eye on gabs afraid that she would do something to our baby, i did go to college, online classes, night classes, i can run a business, even teach acting classes, I was at the top of my class." I nodded surprised.
