Fifty Days

DAY 11

This day is just the usual as for Ishtar but when she arrived at their house, she didn't know if this day was usual. She was a bit flabbergasted when she saw the motor of her Ate's boyfriend infront of their house. She also caught Frian who's busy fidgeting on his phone.

She don't even know if she still want to enter into their house or just walk away because she can't stand with her Ate's boyfriend.

Too bad when Frian noticed her.

"Dewlianne! Nandyan ka na pala," Frian called her.

"Obviously," She said coldly without glancing at Frian and then directly headed to their gate.

Little did she know, Frian followed her inside their house as if he's always welcome at their home. Well, he is very much welcome at this house. Very.

"If you're looking for Ate Crizziane, she still not home yet. Obvious naman siguro." She stated coldly again.

Umupo si Frian sa sofa nila at nagsalita habang tinitingnan si Ishtar na tumungo sa kusina.

"Actually, yeah. Tinawagan ako ni Crizziane na hintayin ko na lang daw siya dito sa bahay niyo and to check on you also." He said.

Uminom ng tubig si Ishtar at nilapag ang baso sa sink. She turned her head to Frian while raising a brow. "You don't have to check on me, I'm used to be alone in this house."

Frian shook his head, "Alam ko pero binilin ka ng Ate mo sa akin kasi medyo gagabihin daw siya kasi may meeting sa org niya plus wala pa ang parents niyo dahil sa work."

She just ignored what Frian said, she just headed towards their stairs instead but knowing Ishtar she'll question something she wants to.

"Boyfriend ka ni Ate, bakit hindi mo na lang siya hintayin sa school nila para hindi ka na pumunta dito sa bahay? That's your responsibility as her boyfriend." Ishtar said mockingly at Frian.

Frian smirked at her, "You know your Ate, ayaw niya akong pinaghihintay sa school niya."

Nainis si Ishtar sa sinabi ni Frian.

Uggh, damn this guy! She keeps saying to her mind.

"Whatever, sana kahit ayaw niyang doon ka maghintay sana pinilit mo na lang siya na maghintay ka doon knowing na gagabihin pala siya ng uwi. Hayss, you should be there. Paano kung may mangyari sa kanya sa daan? Babae pa naman siya, you should have known your responsibilities as her boyfriend!" She said in a bit of angry tone.

Frian creased his forehead, he doesn't know why Ishtar is acting like this. He also stand up then headed towards Ishtar.

"Bakit mo ba ginagawang big deal ito, Dewlianne? Hindi ka pa ba sanay na dito ko hinihintay ang Ate mo? Oh God, it's been months!"

Ishtar put her both hands on waist looking at Frian. "Yeah, it's been months pero ganyan pa rin ang ginagawa mo, you should be a gentleman. Anong klase kang boyfriend?!"

Nainis na rin talaga si Frian sa sinabi ni Ishtar. Parang below the belt na iyon para sa kanya.

You could see the frustration and annoyance in his eyes. He stepped closer to Ishtar but Ishtar just keep stepping up on the stairs.

"You know what Dewlianne? Hindi ko alam kung ano ang problema mo pero hindi ko yata kayang palampasin ang pagkwestiyon mo sa akin bilang boyfriend ng Ate mo. Sinusunod ko lang naman ang gusto ng Ate mo. Now tell me, am I a bad boyfriend? Hindi pa ba iyon pagiging gentleman?" May bahid ng galit ang boses niya ngayon pero ayaw pa rin paawat ni Ishtar.

Ishtar just laughed at his sudden burst out. "You know what? You are just the only one who could really answer your question."

Frian closed his eyes and calmed himself. He knows that Ishtar is mocking him.
