《Sonic's POV》

After I woke up, I was immediately struck with boredom.
Staying inside is so boring...
I decided to go downstairs and grab something in the fridge to eat.
If it's okay with Shadow.
I got off the bed and dashed out the door to down the stairs.

I noticed that Silver was up and awake.
"Oh, hey Silver! I'm glad you're--",Silver suddenly pulled out his gun and pointed at me.
His eyes were green not golden yellow anymore.
"I'm not Silver anymore, Sonic. I am... Mephiles."

《Shadow's POV》

"You won't see the last of me."

I walked towards home in silence.
I didn't want Sonic or my friends to get hurt because of me.
Silver on the other hand is a different problem.
He has already been targeted by Mephiles and is possessing him like he's some kind of vessel.
When I was close to my house, I see Knuckles telling my name.
"Shadow! I heard Sonic's voice! Sounds like he's troubled!",Knuckles yelled in panic.
My mind was starting to flood in thoughts of panic also.
Did Silver already wake!?

"I'm coming!",I yelled back and ran towards Knuckles.
Knuckles and I ran towards the door and it was locked.
"What do we do!? It's locked!",I exclaimed.

"There's only one thing to do...",Knuckles muttered.
I looked at him like what the heck is he going to do.
Knuckles raised his fist and broke my door!
"Knuckles! This is my property! You're going to pay for that!",I exclaimed showing sympathy for my door.
"Oh.. it's you."
