Niall's pov
I look out of the car window and sigh. 'And why couldn't we stay in Ireland?' I ask looking at my mom. 'Honey they offered me a better job here' She says. 'Why couldn't I stay with dad?' 'You know he's alcoholic and gets abusive when he's drunk' She says. 'Is that why you broke up with him?' 'Yes, but I found someone else he has three older sons' She says. I groan 'Whyyyy?' I whine. 'Is that a problem?' She asks. 'Kind of yea' 'How so?' 'What if they're protective and stuff I don't want that' I say. 'Don't worry love they can't be that bad' She says. I only nod my head and look out of the window again. 'How long till we get there?' I ask. 'Not that long' She says. 'Okay' I say. As I lay my head against the window and fall asleep. 'Niall wake up we're here' My mom says. I open my eyes. 'Huh?' I ask rubbing my eyes and run my fingers through my hair. I look at a house. 'This is it?' I ask 'Yup' She says. I nod my head and get out of the car. I yawn and stretch my arms. I look around sleepily. 'C'mon dear' Mom says to me. I follow her to the front door. She knocks on it. 'I've got it!' A voice shouts from inside the house. Not much later the door is opened and see a boy with feather hair and blue eyes standing there. 'Oh hello are you Sanne Horan?' He asks cheerfully. 'Yes that's me and this is my son Niall' Mom says. 'Hi' I say to him and gave a shy smile. 'Oh well I'm Louis, dad is in the kitchen' Louis says. 'Thanks dear' She says as he let us in. 'Dad? Sanne and her son are here!' Louis shouts. There are people running down the stairs. I look at the stairs and see a two other guys running down one of them almost tripping. 'Careful you idiot' The guys with short hair and brown eyes says at the curly haired guy. Louis start to laugh. Not much later a man came walking in. 'Hey Sanne nice to see you' the guy says. 'You too Max' Mom says. 'Dad you didn't tell us she had a son' Curly says. I look at him and then back down at the ground. I feel 8 pair of eyes watching me making me blush and move closer to my mom. 'Don't mind him he's shy around new people but he'll open up and be himself after some time. And he eat much most of the time he's hungry' She says. 'Mom' I whine slapping her arm gently. As she ruffles my hair I groan and look down. 'And Niall nice to meet you' Max says. 'Uh yea same' I say. 'We're going to catch up. So you guys can meet each other properly' Max says. 'Okay' They say. As mom and Max walk away. 'Come' Louis says grabbing my hand and pulling me with him. I almost trip 'Louis be careful with him' Puppy eyes said. 'Yea yea Payno' Louis says. I follow him into a room. As the other two come walking in and closing the door.
Puppy eyes sits down on a chair and curly sits down on the desk. I hear Louis sigh. 'As you know I'm Louis' He says grinning. 'The idiot who wants us to be careful is liam' Louis says pointing to puppy eyes. 'And the clumsy idiot is Harry' He says. 'Hi' I say. 'Hey' The two say at the same time. 'That's going to happen alot more' Liam says. I nod my head. They asked how old I'm and what I like to do and stuff. And after that they introduced themselfs. They're talking over something I don't know what because they're whispering I sigh and walk downstairs. 'Mom?' I ask. As I walk into the kitchen. 'Yes honey?' She asks as her and Max look at me. 'Can I go outside and look around?' 'Ofcourse love, do you want the others to go with you?' she asks. 'No thanks' I say. 'What're they doing anyways?' Max asks. 'They were in a circle whispering over something' I say. He sighs. 'So can I go?' I ask. 'Yea ofcourse' They say. 'Thanks' I say walking out of the kitchen and walk outside closing the door. I walk into a random direction. And look around. I see an Ice cream parlor. I walk inside 'Hey there how can I help you?' A girl asks. 'Uhm can I've Lemon, Bubblegum and cotton candy?' I ask the girl. 'Sure, are you new here?' She asks. 'Yea just came here today' I say. 'Because I never saw you here before' She says smiling. I smile back. She gaves it to me. 'Thank you' I say paying her. 'Keep the change' I say. 'Thanks' She says. I nod. 'I'm Sarah btw' 'Niall' I say. 'Come sit down' I follow her. 'Where are you from?' 'Ireland' She nods her head. We talked some more as I finished my Ice cream. 'Well I need to go back to work hope to see you around' She says. 'You will' I say. 'Wait here' She says hading me a note. 'Thanks' I say we said our goodbyes and walk out of the parlor. I look at the paper and notice it's her number. I put it in my jean pocket. After a while I stand still and look around. I'm lost great and walk into a random direction. I look at animals running by and at childeren who are playing not paying attention where I walk and bump into someone. The guy infront of me lost his balance and fell on top of me. Making me blush like crazy. I look in his brown eyes. 'Uhm I-I'm sorry' I stutter. 'It's okay guess we both didn't pay any attention where we were walking' He says smiling. I smile back. He had his hands on either side of my head. 'True' I say. 'Well I'm Shawn' He says. 'I'm Niall' I say. 'Irish? Nice' He says. 'And you're Canadian' I say. 'Yep, but what did you bring here?' He asks. 'I moved here because my mom got a better job' I say. 'Same story' He says. We stayed like this for a few more minutes. He stands up as he hold his hand out I take it as he helps me up. 'Thanks' I say. 'Your welcome, give me your phone' He says. I give it to him he does some stuff with it. He gives it back. 'Hope you don't mind that I put my number in it' He says. 'No I don't' and send him a text. 'Where do you need to go?' He asks. I gave him my address. 'That's not far from my house' He says. 'Come I'll take you back home' He says. 'thanks' I say.
We got to know each other better. He's a nice guy and fun to talk to. 'This is your home?' Shawn asks. 'Yep and thanks again' I say. 'No problem' He says smiling. I smile back. 'I'll see you around sometime yea?' He asks. 'Sure thing' I say as he pulls me in a hug. I hug him back 'Nice meeting you Niall' 'You too Shawn' 'Bye' 'Bye' I say and look at him as he walks away. When he's out of sight I walk to the front door knocking on it. The door opens and see Harry standing there. 'Uhm Hi' I say. He let me in 'Where were you?' He asks. 'Just walking around and ate some ice cream' I say. 'Was that it?' He ask raising an eyebrow. 'Yea, I met a girl named Sarah there she's nice' I say. 'Oh your mother and our dad went grocery shopping' He says. I nod my head. Not much later Louis came running in the room laughing like an idiot. 'LOUIS!!!' Liam screams. As he came running in the living room soaking wet. I widen my eyes 'You probably should get used to it since they're going to do that a lot more' Harry says chuckling. 'And you think I'm going to believe that they're the oldest?' I ask. 'Nope' He says. Suddenly I'm pressed against a chest making me squeal. 'Really Louis? Leave Niall out of it' Harry and Liam say. As I try to escape. 'No! When I'm safe with him I'm using him' He says. 'Hey!' I shout. 'Why not Harry?' I ask. 'Because Liam would make the both of us wet' Louis says. I groan as I tickle his side. Making him squirm he lets go of me and I run towards Harry. 'Why Niall why?' Louis asks dramatically. 'I don't want to be involved with whatever you guys are doing' I say. 'Why did you throw water over him anyway?' I ask. 'The fucker fell asleep on me' He says. 'And wouldn't wake up here he is soaked wet' Louis grins. As Liam went to throw water over Louis the front door opens. 'Ha' Louis says. Max and mom walks into the living room. My mother looks confused. 'Louis did you really threw water over him again?' Max asks. Louis smiles innocently at him he shakes his head. 'Who says it was me? Maybe it was Harry' Louis smirks. 'If it was me how could I open the door and throw water over him huh?' Harry smirks at him. 'Bastard' Louis mumbles. 'Bitch' Harry grins. Then they look at me and Harry. 'Louis wanted to use me as a body shield but I tickled him and ran to Harry. And Liam wanted to throw water over Louis as payback' I say. 'I'll get you back Tomlinson' Liam says. 'Met some new people?' Mom asks. 'At the ice cream parlor a girl we made a small talk' I say. 'Is she nice?' She asks. I look at her 'Yes' I say. 'If you're going to date her I want to meet her' 'Who says that I want to date her?' I ask. And cringe inside my head. Yea my mother doesn't know that I like boys. And I want it to be that way since she doesn't like gays.
'But you haven't been dating someone in such long time' She says. 'Maybe I didn't find the right one' I say. 'That's why should date her' She says. 'You can't decide who I date and not' I snap at her walking away. And walk out of the front door and sit down on a bench not far from the house. I sigh and let my hand run through my hair. 'Hey again' I look up and see Shawn standing there. 'Hello again' I say. 'What're you doing here?' I ask looking at him. 'I saw you sitting and thought to come and see you' Shawn says. I smile 'Just wanted some fresh air' I say. 'What happened?' He asks. I look at him 'Not everyone likes to sit here on their own' He says grinning. 'Just got in an argument with my mom' I say. 'About what?' 'This girl Sarah who I met at the ice cream parlor' 'Sweet girl, but go on' He says. 'Well I told mom about her and she said that I needed to date her since it has been so long and stuff. So I said what if I didn't find the right one you know?' I ask. 'Happened to me one time but she let it go and never bothered me about it again' I went to say something but someone started to scream. 'Nia- LIAM YOU FOOKING LOSAH!!!' Louis screams as we look at the direction of the two. Louis runs after him and hugs Liam from behind. 'I'm going to get you back' Louis says smirking. As he runs back inside and comes back with a few bottles of water. He runs after liam throwing water over him. 'Your step brothers?' Shawn asks. 'Yea just met them a few hours ago they're crazy and clumsy' I say. He nods his head. 'Who are you calling clumsy?' As voice asked from behind making me jump and turn around. 'You' I say to Harry. 'Why?' He asks. 'Well you almost fell from the stairs' I say laughing. 'Not true, who's this?' He asks. 'I'm Shawn' He says. 'Harry, and those two idiots over there are Liam and Louis' Harry says pointing to each one of them. 'NIALL!!' Liam screams hiding behind me. Louis came running towards us. 'No leave me out it' I say as I try to get away. But Liam holds me in place. I look at Louis. 'Don't yo-' I got cut of because of water being thrown over me. I hear Shawn laughing beside me. 'Why are you laughing?' Louis asks dumping water over him too. And since he has a white shirt on you can see through it. I stare at his abs. But I look away to make sure not to stare for too long. Harry is laughing too. I look at him. I take the bottle out of Louis hands and run after the taller lad. But since I'm pretty fast I catch up to him and throw it over him too. He looks at me. As I run back to the others and hide behind Louis.
