Lexa P.O.V;
The baby shower was practically over , everyone left I didn't even have time to clean up and put everything away I went upstairs and started to pack. I was furious but I was also worried what will I do if he doesn't come back. The tears started to fall all over again.I jumped when I heard the bell ring I got up and slowly approached the door carefully looking through the peephole. There was a big man just standing there looking around. I grabbed the bat I kept by the door I slowly opened the door wildly swinging the bat.
"LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE"
"Ayee Lexa Its me I'm Issa's cousin Dom que told me to pick you up" the man said grabbing the bat from my hand
"I'm sorry I just been paranoid ever since que left" I sighed letting Dom inside
"It's cool ma , who wouldn't be over the edge in this circumstance" Dom helped me to the couch and went to go get my things
"I'll go put your things in the car just wait here aigh ?"
I nodded my head and Dom came back as quickly as he left, he grabbed my hand and helped me up.
"You got everything you need right I don't think we're coming back until que does what he has to do" Dom said
"Y-Yeah I'm ready lets go" I whispered
Dom walked me to the car and opened the door for me he closed the door once I got inside, and quickly walked to the drivers side. I buckled my seatbelt and he hopped in the car. He started the car and we headed to his house. As we were driving he looked over to me
"Lexa? You hungry"
"Um I don't really have an appetite right now" I said messing with my fingers
"Lexa you have to eat something for the babies" he said slightly smiling at me
I sighed
"Okay take me to wing stop"
We got off the highway and pulled into a wing stop driveway
We ordered our food and continued on to dom's house, his house wasn't far from the wings stop. We pulled into the driveway as I stared at the baby blue house.
"This house is so pretty , I'm surprised I've never seen it before" l said in awe
"Yeah we don't usually cut the hedges up front so you never see the house but Kylin thought we should since your going to be staying with us a while" dom smiled
"Kylin ?" I asked with my eyebrows up
"Yeah my daughter" he smiled at me
"Well where is she ?" I questioned
He looked up and tilted his head toward the door I looked and saw a cute little caramel baby with pigtails running toward the car she couldn't be more than 4 years old
"Daddy !" Kylin screamed running to the car
Dom has gotten out and helped me out of the car, he grabbed my things and placed them on the curb.
"Aye baby girl" he said kissing kylin on the cheek
She laughed then he stopped and looked over at me
"Ky this is Alexa she's going to be staying with us for a while okay ?"
Kylin looked up at me and smiled
"Hi" she cheesed with her little white teeth
"Hi honey I love your hair" I laughed while playing with her hair
She laughed and played with my hair for a while
"Down" Kylin said looking at her daddy and wiggling her feet
