I had just finished getting ready to go to school, but I didn't really want to go. Nobody sees me, I don't learn anything, the teachers don't say anything to me. I have no parents I live by my self. I know right? Why am I going to school, well I want to have a good life. I walked to school, doing my normal routine. I just wear pants with normal shirts. I don't wear clothes like other girls, shorts with crop top and things like that. Every year I just wear pants with shirts, funny is that I live in California I don't know how I'm still here.

Oh I'm 16 and I'm not like any normal girl. I'm also a girl who likes to cut, I'm depressed. I've been on my own my whole life since I was 6. My other family members didn't want me to live with them because I was 'weird' and I didn't talk. But I was sitting by myself at this table eating my breakfast at school, until somebody sat by me, I took a quick glance and saw it was the most popular guy at our school, scratch that the most popular guy in this county, and maybe the whole state, besides celebrity's. God sometimes I just hate them. He said looking at me, I looked away. What's your name? He asked, I started getting up to move. I sat down at a empty table, then he sat again by me. So are you gonna tell me your name? He asked, I ignored him. Look I would be talking to him, if I could, but with the most popular girl, a.k.a his girlfriend, always making me miserable. She's the reason I'm depressed, she brings up my parents and how my family members didn't want me. So ya, I'm good. Please I really need a new friend. He said. I rolled my eyes before taking a notebook and a pen out of my book bag. I wrote my name, then writing 'leave me alone, I don't want problems, with your girlfriend'. She won't bother you, I'll make sure. He said. I wrote down 'mhmm, sure. Last time you dump your soda on me, she bothered me'.  Before getting up, grabbing my stuff, and leaving.

It was about 3rd period and I had lunch right after this, the bell rang, yay! My favorite time, hear the sarcasm. I walked in scanning my finger before grabbing my plate. I was walking to my table, where nobody sits, but today I won't be sitting there because the popular girl, Madison Beer, had tripped me. Aw, sweetie, what are you doing down there? She asked, I didn't answer. Oh right, you can't talk. No wonder nobody wants you. She said leaning down. Madison! What the fuck is wrong with you?! I heard his voice. Oh, baby, nothing . It's just she tripped. She said. She looked me in the eye before saying 'Stay away from my jack, he won't ever be into you' I finally got up after they left. I walked to the office to get a new shirt, see the secretary knows about this, but the principal isn't gonna do anything because Madison is his daughter. Yay! Isn't that great, sarcasm again. New shirt? She asked. I nodded my head, she let me in, giving me one of my shirts, that she cleaned for me. I changed before walking out. Katie here you go. She said handing me a note to give to the teacher. Thank you. I said. I walked into class, nobody looked, not even the teacher. I sat in my seat in the back. The secretary is the only person I actually talk to.

When school was out, I stayed behind until nobody was in the halls. I walked to my locker opening it until, somebody came up to me and covering my eyes, I started freaking out and kicking my feet. Hey, hey. It's just me. He said. I let relief sigh. Hey, I'm sorry for what Madison said. He said, I nodded my head. Do you talk? He asked. That's when Mrs. Malane came. Ah, jack! Nice to see you. Oh jack trying to get to know, Katie. Well good luck, it took me a few months to get her talking to me. She said handing me a shirt. I nodded my head as thank you, I do that to her when someone is around. No problem, Katie. She said before walking away. That is rude of you not to say thank you. He said. I rolled my eyes before taking my notebook and writing 'I nodded my head at her, as for thanks' oh, sorry. He said. I nodded my head. I walked away, but hearing feet. Do you want a ride? He asked. I shook my head. Oh come one please. He said. I shook my head. I heard them stop, making me stop for some odd reason. Please? He asked. I stood their for a few second before turning around. I liked at him nodding my head. He jumped up smiling before walking next to me. We walked to a black jeep, opening the passenger seat, I got in before nodding my head. No problem. He said smiling closing my door. He walked to his side Getting in. I wrote down on my notebook 'I better not have any problems with your girlfriend cause if I do I will kill my self for letting you give me a ride' He jus chuckle. Madison is just scaring you, that's what she does. He said. I shook my head rapidly. Come on, why would she do something mean to you, you guys were best friends. He said laughing driving out of the parking lot. I wrote down 'key word 'was' she changed when we became freshman, ever since she's Been different' well people change, Katie. Look, I've never told anybody, but I used to be a nerd, then during the summer I changed and nobody recognized me they thought I was new so I just went through the flow. Don't you remember me? He asked. I scrunched my eyebrows, confused. I thought about before shaking my head. I motion his to turn left. Then pointing to my house. So this is where you live? He asked. I nodded my head grabbing my stuff. Can I come in? He asked. My eyes widen before shaking my head rapidly then running inside my house. God I'm such a creep for running off like that. I made eggs, before doing my homework, the teachers only pay attention when I turn in my homework, so I had to do it. When I finished I went to sleep.
