Chapter 25: Reverse

Once I was done applying some makeup to myself, I exited my room and walked into the living room where Rin was holding up a conversation with Kushina. She looked up at me with a confused expression before realization hit her.

"(Y/n)-chan! You look so amazing!" She cheered.

Kushina looked at me and smiled. "Never knew you could make such a cute guy, (Y/n)."

"Really?" I asked, wanting her honest opinion.

"Yeah. But, if you want to pull this off, your going to have to change your voice."

"Agreed." Kushina nodded.

"How about this?"

"Nope."

"This?"

"A bit deeper."

"This. This is as deep as I can stably go."

"Perfect."

"Alright!"I said, still in my boy voice.

"Now it's just time to explore. Come on, let's show you off to the village."

"Be safe you two~" Kushina called after us.

"We will."

Simply shrugging, I follow her out of the house and into the main streets.

We make light conversation as we walk through the dirt paths of Konoha, receiving a couple of stares and whispers. I felt a bit weird from all this attention we were getting, but I brushed it off. The last thing I would need is for someone to find out that I have cross dressed, even if it was on a dare.

As we walked along the streets, we decided to stop by a small store that had happened to be near by. Walking in, Rin saw some stuff that she wanted, leaving me to wonder around the store and find something that interests me. Not having any luck, and getting the weird feeling that I was being watched, I decided to wait outside until Rin was done. Spotting a dango shop in the near distance, I walked over there to grab a box.

Purchasing a box of (favorite) Dango, I sit at one of the empty tables. A shiver ran down my spine as the feeling that I was being watched intensified. Quickly turning my head in the direction of which the feeling felt the strongest, I found a girl hiding behind a pole. Slightly confused yet curious of why she seemed to be following me around, I called her out.

"You! Girl with the blue hair! I know your there you can come out now!"

Once my words left my mouth, could see her go stiff before she slowly stepped away from her hiding spot. I gestured her to come closer with my fingers as I eyed her cautiously.

"I have noticed that you have been following me around for some time. Care to explain?" I asked bluntly, letting my curiosity lace into my words.

"I-I, yeah..." She started as a small pink hue lightly dusted across her cheeks. "I haven't seen you around here before and... I-I..."

I patiently waited for her to continue as she tried to find the right words. Seeing that she was having a hard time after a while, I put a hand on her shoulder, signaling that it was okay and that i'm not mad. She took a deep breath before speaking again.

" I wanted to get to know you a bit better." She finished.

"I see... Ask away then I guess." I proposed, finding this scenario a bit intriguing.

"How long have you been here?"

"Today actually. Just decided to pass by this village and visit some friends."
